About this apartment rental

Brand new, bright and large apartment (130 m2), just renovated and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in every room and fast WIFI connection.

About 7 minutes from the Arena of Verona and about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova station.

Decorated in a light style with trendy Italian furniture.

Comfortable balcony with tables and chairs, overlooking the city.

It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, open plan lounge / kitchen with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, smart TV), 2 single sofa beds.

Two bedrooms have a bathroom nearby, while the other one has an ensuite bathroom.
The beds are king size and can be detached when needed.

The windows are insulating and soundproofed.

Located on the fourth and last floor with lift in a quiet street, but close to several services such as shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.

Garage available with small surcharge on reservation.
Extra tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days.

For fairs, holidays and special events ask for a quotation.

Great location which is a quick and easy walk from the train station. Big beautiful apartment with amenities which made you feel at home. Appreciated the larger bathrooms and showers compared to many much much smaller European ones. Check in was super easy with Rosella in which she gave some great local recommendations.

Amazing host, great communication, perfect location for everything! The house was wonderful to stay with family. The only issue we had during our stay was hot shower not running for multiple times, which was unfortunate. However, the host tried to address the issue during our stay and when it did not happens due to weekend and availability of engineer, the host refunded for inconvenience.

Check in was seamless. We were met at the property entrance at the agreed time and were shown around the apartment and everything explained. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a coffee machine, dishwasher and an over the kitchen drainer.The apartment is well located with two supermarkets in easy walking distance. The train station is a twenty minute level walk away and we managed to cover the distance with our suitcases.Verona is a walkable city and all of the historic city and its many museums and galleries are comfortably reachable on foot from the apartment. minutes away and can be reached on foot carrying luggage

Our stay was better than expected. The apartment was large with 3 full sized bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen dining room area with a large table for meals. Many of Verona’s major attractions are within walking distance and restaurants and markets are nearby too. Also, our contact person was very helpful with checking in, informing us of local shops, stores, and attractions with helpful directions to each.

The host was very helpful in advance of our arrival. She arranged both an airport pickup as well as a car and driver for a day of exploration outside Verona. (Both were paid directly to the driver, so I think it was a purely to assist us in having a great visit.) The host's mom checked us in personally, gave us restaurant recommendations, and tourist maps with suggested sights. The apartment was super clean and spacious, well equipped, and comfortable.

Our group of four (two adult couples) traveled across Northern Italy. Our first, and best stop, was in Verona in this amazing apartment. - Location was terrific - Apartment layout was great. It was very spacious with comfortable beds, which did not squeak, and nice bathrooms. We only used two of the bedrooms but all three were wonderful with additional sleeping space in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. - Fully equipped kitchen and two balconies made the apartment even better. - We loved the gelato place that was recommended. - The piece and mind of having the parking spot in the garage was much appreciated - Communication pre-arrival and check in was very easy, especially since we were a few hours delayed Thank you again! We loved our stay and time in Verona and would absolutely come back.

3 huge bedrooms, comfy beds and perfect location between the city and the train station. Fantastic communication before and during our stay with the host. And help with our airport taxi transfers and restaurant suggestions - we went to The Risotto twice. Lots of breakfast cafes nearby.

First and foremost a lovely hostess, both Mom and daughter. So very accommodating and friendly. They are a 5 star all by themselves. The apartment just fine for my adult family of 6. Location central to all we wanted to see. Very clean modern apartment, well cared for with a balcony off the kitchen and the 2. D bedroom made a nice area for afternoon sitting and enjoying the street scene. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others .

Friends joined us on this trip, and we all found the accommodations excellent for our purposes. The apartment is spacious, and Rosella and Luigi and there to help with anything that may be needed. The apartment is lovely - immaculately clean, lots of windows, good location just outside of city center. We especially loved how quiet it was. Also there are great restaurants just blocks away, especially Trattoria Camillo. Ferrucio and Tiziana were wonderful to deal with, and responded quickly to every question. The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms, so six could stay there very comfortably. Would highly recommend!

From the first request Tiziana made everything easy. Perfect communication and then meet by the wonder Rosella. The apartment is excellent with everything you need. It is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the Arena and everything else. We also parked our car and Rosella made that very easy to do. There are some nice restaurants nearby as well as 2 supermarkets. Also the best Gelato just down the road. Loved the apartment.

The apartment was everything it promised to be - spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and in a very good location for visiting the city. It’s also close to the station if you fancy a trip elsewhere, such as Lake Garda. There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket just along the road. The owners are very helpful indeed and respond to any queries very quickly. We loved it!

It's a rather quiet, friendly neighbourhood with some bars, restaurants and this excellent gelateria nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the centro storico, a richly assorted Spar supermercato on the way. Arriving later than announced and not being able to call (switch of phone number did not reach us) we found the owners still waiting for us outside the apartment. They were very helpfull in carrying up our ridiculous amount of suitcases, coolbox and bags with food and drinks. The apartment on the 4th floor is full of light from numerous windows, the interior brand new and well equiped (kitchen, bathroom). Nice to spend some time on the tiny balcony overlooking the street (and family life on the balconies across). The provided underground parking space nearby is not the easiest to get in at first, but once used to it we appreciated it a lot: safe, light and clean. Automatic shades and perfectly closing doors and windows make it easy to regulate light and temperature. Quiet and effective airco in all rooms (we only cooled the bedrooms for a while before going to sleep). We stayed a lot in apartments in numerous Italian cities, this was one of our best experiences.

Perfect Verona Stay

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, modern, comfortable, with everything we needed. Only wish it had a clothes dryer along with the washer. Besides that, everything else was great. Parking for our car, and less than 10 minutes walk to the Arena. On the same street we also found a great pizza restaurant (Na Pizza StraNA), a place where to get fresh cooked food and cheeses (Gastronomia con Amore) to bring back to the apartment, and a supermarket. The owners were also very friendly, explaining everything when we arrived, and promptly answered all questions.
