The accommodation is located in a property court in the quarter of Veronetta It is available a private parking for both cars and bikes. The house is equipped with everything needed for a stay both short and long. Pets are welcome

Our Guests can use its garden, its courtyard and park their car there if small or medium sized, maximum width 1.90m.

The apartment is located in the historical core of the city. From there you can start a wonderful walk in the Old Town over the Ponte Pietra, our Roman bridge, where from you can wonder a beautiful view of the hills behind the town.Then through alleys and streets where overlook the most beautiful buildings of the city you can reach the most visited places like Juliet's House, Piazza dei Signori, the Erbe square and finally the elegant Piazza Bra overlooking the Roman amphitheater Arena.

We always prefer to stay in an apartment that is "a home away from home." This place was just that in so many ways. The two bedrooms and baths (we had the two top units on the second floor) were very comfortable and gave us all room to spread out and relax. Nicely furnished and appointed in kitchen, access to all-important washing machine and drying rack and lines. Susana kindly lent us the ironing board and iron. All queries were quickly and satisfactorily answered. The neighborhood is served by numerous bus lines including one to train station. Some excellent restaurants and cafes/bars too. A decent grocery store a 10-min walk away. Close enough to Centro storico without being swamped by tourists in daily routine. Highly recommend for comfort, location and host helpfulness.

Clean comfortable apartment within walking distance of all the attractions of Verona. Owners, Susanna and Luca very helpful and provided lots of information on what to do and see. Minor criticisms: Parking space was inaccessible to all but the smallest vehicles. Kitchen sink was the laundry tubs.

Quiet apartment away from the crowds

Communication with the owner and key pickup was easy. The apartment is spacious, even for a family of 5. The kitchen seems to have been renovated recently. The washing machine is a certain bonus. There are beautiful views from the large windows, as well as from a small balcony off the main bedroom. We missed a few basic things, like wine glasses, but I am sure these will be added very soon. The owner was super-accommodating on the day we left, allowing a late check-out - we had been to the Arena the night before and got to bed very late, so the extra bit of sleep was very welcome.

This was a great apartment that had all the amenities that we needed. The property owner kept in good contact with us so that we were able to easily access the location. I would highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable place that is walking distance to the attractions in Verona!

The apartment was beyond our expectations! Beautiful private garden and the apt was in a quiet section/residential area of town! I highly recommend this property and will be returning to it in the future. Verona is underrated!

We spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment belonging to Suzie and Luca. They were wonderful hosts and the apartment was clean, thoughtfully arranged and beautifully decorated. The most difficult part was angling the car into the parking area but thanks to Luca's intervention we were able to be successful. If you bring a car, be sure it is on the compact size. Verona's streets are narrow and the passage way into the private yard is also narrow. We very highly recommend Suzie and Luca and their lovely accommodations to you. You can't go wrong.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ausgesprochen ruhigen und grünen Viertel, aber doch in Fußwegabstand zum Zentrum. Bushhaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll; als Doppel-Wohnung mit bis zu drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist die Unterkunft auch für größere Familien gut geeignet. Vor allem wenn man den Touristenströmen manchmal entfliehen will, ist man hier am perfekten Ort.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Vérone, particulièrement grâce à l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôtesse Susanna qui a mis à notre disposition un lieu idyllique, d'une qualité irréprochable tant dans la propreté des lieux qu'à la merveilleuse disposition de l'endroit proposé : calme à souhait, fourni en tout ce que l'on pourrait demander d'un appartement, spacieux et généreux. Bien centré, proche du centre à pied et pratique à tous points de vue. Apport non négligeable : une place de parc à disposition pour notre voiture !
