About this apartment rental

Brand new, bright and spacious apartment (120 square meters), just renovated and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in every room and fast WIFI connection.

About 7 minutes from the Arena of Verona and about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova station.

Decorated in a light style with trendy Italian furniture.

Comfortable balcony with tables and chairs, view of the beautiful loggia of S. Caterina not visible from the street.

It has two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower, large open plan lounge / kitchen with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine, smart TV), 2 white double sofa beds.

Located on the third floor with lift in a quiet street, but close to several services such as shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.

One room has a larger bathroom, while the other has an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony.

The beds are king size and can be detached when needed.

Each room has a smart flat screen TV, air conditioning and parquet flooring.

The windows are insulating and soundproofed.

Free WiFi.

Garage available with small surcharge on reservation.

We had wonderful stay in Verona. Our VRBO was fabulous. Unfortunately our flight from Munich to Verona was canceled and we didn't arrive into Verona until midnight. Our amazing host Ferruccio waited for us so we didn't need to go to a hotel. He went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and excellent wifi. Definitely recommend booking. Location is perfect, 5 min walk to Piazza Bra.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Verona! It was super clean, comfortable, and perfectly located between the train station and the city center. Exploring the city was easy, and being so close to the station made taking day trips by train simple too. The property managers were very responsive and made everything easy for us. We loved our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious!!! Ferruccio very nice to work with and was quick to respond to messages. Only one downfall was it was a little warm in the apartment but not bad. I think a little TLC on the AC unit and it would be perfect. Walking distance to shops restaurants and the beautiful piazza bra. Great experience and great apartment. We stayed 3 nights.

We loved this property! It had everything you would need whether wanting to hang out and cook or dine out and we were given great suggestions for where to go out to eat. We were centrally located and walked everywhere. Upgraded and open concept in common area. Next time we are in Verona I hope it is open for us to stay again.

The apartment was lovely and modern with dishwasher and washing machine. The owner was a great communicator and showed us great places to visit and eat. Overall it was a great place to stay between the train and the Centro storico

This is a very nice flat, close to the centre and all amenities. Everything works well, especially the aircon. The kitchen equipment is excellent and the bathrooms good with plenty of hot water. What lets the flat down is the seating. The 2 sofas need replacing as the faux leather is peeling away and they creak. The covers slide about. And the dining and balcony chairs are basic.

Property is well located half way between the train station and the centre of the old town. Very spacious apartment which was well equipped and very large and airy. Good communication with hosts and helpful with transportation from airport. Only negative for us were that the beds are firm and we prefer softer mattresses. A mattress topper would be a great improvement for us

Ferruccio our host met us on arrival and explained in detail our instructions for use during our stay at Cittadella. He also provided us excellent orientation and local information on what was available in our immediate location. The best of all was the location of the apartment all within walking distance to every historical site and restaurants. No car needed here. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - highly recommended.

Central location

Central location

Large and airy apartment and with aircon, given the temperature when we where there was 36C we were happy to have it. Spacious balcony for being in the city and high enough up for privacy. Central to everything so many little cafés and local restaurants on your doorstep and less than 10 minutes walk to the arena. (Piazza Bra) lots of amazing restaurants there and no more expensive than the local restaurants, however all restaurants charge a cover charge around $2 per person. Pizza delle Erbe about 15-20 mins walk but lots of shops along the way. Ferruccio was a terrific host informing us of all the amazing places to visit local restaurants and supermarkets (I believe known as Co-op) the Spar and Pam supermarkets where just up the street from the apartment. All information regarding the apartment on the back of the door with Ferruccio’s mobile number if needed. He even arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and to take us back when leaving. Worth the money instead of hiking from the train station. The apartment itself was perfect we were a party of four didn’t cook but everything available if you want to. Super large fridge and freezer. Would definitely return.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious- we loved the location- big complaint is the noise/- one couple had to end up sleeping on the couches- neighbors “come alive” between 11-1:30am- laughing moving furniture- horrible noise. 2nd bedroom is nice- you just can’t sleep there unless you are totally deaf. Our host was wonderful.

We we're warmly greeted, and had excellent communication with our host. We had an unfortunate incident of a tea pot left too long of the stove, and he was extremly nice about handling this. The entry way was more pleasant than other accommodations we had had. The site looked like it's pictures. It was very clean and pleasant. it was easy to get to the center of town. Easy to drive to Ravenna. I would stay again!

We weren't familiar with Verona at all but Google maps took us to the property. The owner was outside waiting for us to arrive. Once inside, she took plenty of time to show us the apartment and also provided us with helpful information on getting around and good places to eat. We really enjoyed or experience here!

We had a wonderful 6 day stay. Apartment just like the photos, clean, well equipped, enjoyed our proseco on the little balcony. We liked the location, near enough to the train station for day trips and close to our favorite gelato spot. Would recommend and return.
