We had a pleasant stay. The location was great—easy to find and very close to both the city center and the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment was spacious and offered excellent value for money. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Overall, it was well-equipped and suitable for spending several days there.

If I had to be picky, I would say that the cleanliness could have been a bit better.

La question la plus pertinente serait au contraire qu'est ce que je n'ai pas aimé? Et la réponse serait rien ! Tout était parfait. L'emplacement, la dimension de l'appartement, du lit, la discrétion, le calme, la propreté tout était au TOP ! L'hôte est accessible, d'une sympathie incroyable (pensant qu'il pleuvrait durant notre séjour, elle est venue déposer des parapluies devant chaque appartement). Tout était vraiment parfait. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, vous trouverez d'adorables commerces avoisinant, des cafés, des endroits où déjeuner, des bars typiques et super sympa !

Absolument rien, tout était nickel !

Perfect location, excellent communications from the host.

I want to start off with the positives. The apartment is located less than a 15 minute walk to both the town centre and Verona train station which provides easy access when travelling across Italy - direct links to Milan, lake Garda, Venice etc. The host is very responsive, and provided clear instructions on how to access the building when arriving. Now let’s get to the negatives - there’s a few … I have never stayed in an air bnb before so perhaps I was naive and set my expectations too high regarding the cleanliness of this apartment. This apartment is far from clean, however, it is tidy. Pictures attached.

I felt dirty sitting down on the dining chairs as they had all spillage stains which probably could’ve been cleaned with abit of washing-up liquid and water. When laying in bed I could smell a sweet sickly and musty scent almost like bodily odour. We couldn’t for the life of us figure out where it was coming from, but I think it was the pillows as there were no protective covers on them. When we arrived we of course wanted to freshen up, we came to realise when doing so that the bathroom sink was blocked. I flagged this and the host sorted it within 15 minutes. Which is why I would like to emphasise the host was extremely responsive and reactive. However, I can’t see how or why this wasn’t picked up when cleaning the apartment before we arrived. There’s all toothpaste splatters on the wall behind the bathroom sink from previous guests. Again, this is easily cleaned with a bit of washing-up liquid and water, so not sure why it has been left and ignored. Whilst on the topic of the bathroom, the shower had pink mould all around the rim (easily removed with bleach if cleaned properly). We were given one towel bale each consisting of a flannel, small towel and a bath towel, for a 5 day stay. Not sure about other people but I like shower twice a day and I like to change my towels regularly. I felt quite gross having to use the same towel morning and night over the 5 day period. There was a washing machine in the bathroom but who’s to say the towels would be dry by the evening when we needed our second shower, which is why we didn’t wash them ourselves. We should’ve been given two towel bowels each. As in hotels they will give you fresh ones on the third day mark. The TOILET BRUSH - a horror story within itself - absolute biohazard. I don’t think they’ve cleaned or replaced that brush since they started leasing this apartment absolutely vile. PLEASE REPLACE APARTMENT 3 TOILET BRUSH!!!!!! I feel sick just thinking about it.
