Bra Lux Apartment

The location was good, only 10 minutes walk from Porta Nuova Station and a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Bra. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The apartment is well decorated and the TV was massive!

The apartment smelt fusty and damp throughout, which was surprising as we were staying towards the end of the season. After opening all the windows 24/7 it was better, but the fan in the bathroom had a mind of its own so it’s not surprising perhaps that the apartment wasn’t “dry”. The shower needs a really deep scrub clean not helped by the fact that it’s not drying out properly due to the temperamental fan. Although the apartment sleeps 4 it doesn’t provide for preparing a meal in for four people, eg, there was only one wine glass and three mugs and one of the mugs needed throwing out. The main issue tho - which we did communicate with the owners who have assured us they will rectify this - was the broken door handles on the upstairs bedroom door and the bathroom door. We got locked in our bedroom and had to get our daughter to take the spindle out of the bathroom door to enable us to escape! This is really not safe and I hope that this is actually sorted urgently.

Everything would def stay there again highly recommended

Nothing

Very spacious and stylish with everything you could need for short and long stays. Bed was comfortable and a really nice bathroom. Plenty of kitchen space and equipment. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay. Check in and check out were really easy.

Unfortunately the washing machine was not working however the owners were very apologetic and responsive when we notified them of this.
