We visited with friends for a 4 night break which included going to the opera Carmen in the Arena.From the moment we booked (almost a year in advance) & then during our stay, the host Rosella was superb & very responsive. She was so helpful with recommendations to help us make the most of our stay. The apartment didn’t disappoint & the photos were exactly correct, absolutely lovely & the views of the city from the large terrace were amazing.The location was perfect with everything within very easy walking distance - the train station, city centre/arena etc. Also an exceptional bakery & great supermarket a short walk away. Thank you Rosella & hope to return soon.

The 2 bed 2 bath apartment had ample space for the 3 of us. Everything was spotlessly cleaned. Rosella was in communication far in advance of our staying, offering suggestions on what to see. Then again shortly before we arrived. Check in went very smoothly. Old town was an easy 10 minute walk. It is an easy walk to the train station. There is an elevator to the 7th floor then we had to climb steps to the 8th floor. We had a good stay.

Our host was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. We arrived by plane, but our luggage was delayed by a day. Our host offered to wait for our luggage while we went out to enjoy Verona. The apartment is very clean and modern. Would love to stay here again.

The apartment is large and beautiful, with 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. It has a lovely rooftop patio with a view of the entire old City reaching to the alps. It has everything you need, including a washer and drying rack. There is an elevator, the building is very secure. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Easy walk to groceries, restaurants, historic sites. Good coffee and gelato right around the corner. 10-minute, safe, walk to the train station. Host was very accessible, met us at the flat, and gave us good recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this apartment, the location and our host was fantastic! The only issue was the low sloped ceilings. We hit our heads more than once and the smaller bedroom had very low cellings so you had to slide down the bed to get up or down.

A fantastic large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with views overlooking Verona. 5 minute walk to the train station, so very easy to take trains for day trips to nearby cities and Lake Garda. Rosella is a fantastic host and provided us with lots of local recommendations. We will visit again soon!

Rosellas apartment is amazing, as she is as a host. Everything you’ll ever need, great views, super handy location near the station & city centre. Rosella is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble, not that we needed everything, she spent time marking maps for us. We will be staying with her again in a couple of years. Fantastic stay!

The view from the balcony is wonderfull. You find everything you need in this appartment. The dishwasher and big freezer are very usefull. The beds are comfortable and everything is nice and clean. We were a group of 3 friends in Verona for a getaway without the kids! The apartment was amazing and the roof terrace, with the stunning view, just made it so special. The apartment is finished to a high spec and beautiful furnished. There was everything you could possibly need (both bathrooms had hair dryers in the cupboards!) and we thoroughly loved just being there and having drinks on the terrace in the sunshine. It was great fun being able to identify all the towers in the distance even just after one day in the city. Verona itself is a beautiful city with so much to do and see. It did not take long to become familiar with the area and we even had our own ‘local’ cafe (Cafe Gaston) where we went for coffee and croissants in the morning! The apartment is an easy 10/12 min walk from the station, and then only 10 mins walk to Piazza Bra. There were just too many great places to eat, and we thoroughly indulged our sweet tooth at all the amazing pasticcerias in the city! And we loved wondering about and stopping at lovely cafes for glasses of wine. I just wish we had had longer. But we will most definitely be back…Thank you Rosella and family for a wonderful stay.

My family of five stayed in this lovely apartment. It is a 10 minute walk to either the train station (for a quick day trip to Florence) or to Piazza Bra for the Opera or just to immerse yourself in the life of Verona. Hosts were quite helpful and everything was as described. The porch has an amazing panoramic view of the city.

The pictures don't completely reveal how spacious and light-filled this lovely apartment it. Very sleek modern design, with exemplary use of space. Comfortable beds, including shades to darken the room and good A/C. Some kitchen implements but no pantry items, so you have to bring in everything you need to cook. Location was very convenient. Rosella was charming and very helpful. I would love to stay there again!

We had a fabulous three night stay in this beautiful penthouse apartment. Rosa arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport, which took us straight to the apartment where we met Valentina who explained where to find everything. The apartment is huge but still homely. It has two big bedrooms, two well equipped shower rooms and a huge living/dining/kitchen space with lovely leather sofas and an enormous dining table. The roof terrace offers sublime views across the city and is the ideal place for an aperitif before setting out for dinner. The apartment is well located, a short walk from the railway station and a similar short walk into the main town. Rosa left us quite a lot of information on restaurants and bars, and we were able to sample some of them (but couldn't find a couple). Everything was within easy walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was secure and the neighbourhood felt very safe - important for ladies of a certain age! It was very quiet, none of the usual city centre noise but still had a good range of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

We - two couples- stayed 3 days in Rosella's apartment. Nice, modern and clean, good beds; everything was in the apartment. Her husband Luigi explained us everything in the apartment, and showed us shops, nice restaurants and the highlight be seen from the terrasse.(see the picture) Town is 10 minutes by foot, lake Garda 30 minutes by car. A very nice place to stay; and to come back!!

My friends and I have recently returned from a stay at the apartment. Rosella met us on arrival and gave us a lovely welcome and spent time with us to show where the best places to visit were located, although we didn't need her assistance again we were free to call on her again anytime we might need anything. The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean and has lovely views from the terrace. The location couldn't be better as it's close to the centre of the city in one direction and close to the rail and bus station in the other direction, ideal for seeing the city itself and for getting transport links to other areas. Whilst there we visited Venice, Lake Garda, Padova, Vicenza and Mantova - all within easy travelling distances and well worth seeing, Verona itself was easy to get around on foot. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in this area.
