GuestReady - Modern apartment in the city centre

Este moderno departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, utiliza cerraduras inteligentes lo cual da una sensación de seguridad. Se encuentra a máximo 15 minutos de los sitios de interés del centro de Madrid. El mantenimiento es impecable, limpio y muy cómodo.

Everything we needed for our 4 night stay whilst attending Mad Cool festival. Great facilities for two couples with the 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. It was also close to metro and train station for getting back from festival.

Nothing, all good

The location is excellent and the apartment is modern and cozy. It was very clean and had all the amenities to help you in your stay. All the kitchen appliances were very nice and worked fine.

Horrible to get in! We got in thanks to the cleaning lady who happens to live next door. The issue was mainly with Booking.com since the property owner would share the link to download the application to unlock the door but Booking. com removed all the links apparently due to security and it was a NIGHTMARE to get the information. After being outside with all our bags for almost an hour, that lady was nice enough to let us in and get us in contact with the property owner via Whatsapp to get access to the app to open and close the doors. The air conditioning got frozen the first night because apparently you cannot set it up that low, which does not make sense since you are paying for it. The owner resolved the issue very fast next day but requested to keep it at 24 Celcius degrees, otherwise he might charge us for any other repairs needed; mind you, there was a heat wave and the city was EXTREMELY HOT, so 24 Celsius degrees was far from cooling the room. Very inconvenient, specially because of how much we were paying for the room.

The location was great and the apartment was very nice. The host was also pleasant to deal with (just not Booking.com - they are awful).

The first floor feels almost like a basement in that it was very damp all the time. Also, the doors operated on an app and could not be opened manually from the inside. This is a bad safety issue to me.
