Tutto. Conoscevo già bene il quartiere ed è comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi e con i mezzi. L'appartamento è molto bello, ben arredato, spazioso, funzionale, ha tutto quello che può servire. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, caffetterie, ristorantini... la metro di Lavapiés è a due passi e non distante c'è quella di Tirso de Molina. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Le bruit de la rue

Casa molto accogliente e stra comoda avendo 3 camere indipendenti. Noi eravamo 2 famiglie. 4 adulti, un ragazzo e una ragazza. Il bagno è ben isolato e non disturba. La posizione è ottima per tutti i siti di interesse turistico e vicino a metro e Carrefour aperto 24h su 24h. La strada a tratti un po' rumorosa. Comunque il salottino è isolato ed è di fornito di divano comodo per riposare per chi vuole.

The apartment is nice. Some products were available - we needed to buy more. It would be nice if the left more dishwasher pods, toilet paper etc fo a longer stay. There were plenty of towels.

The location is incredibly noisy. It is like a party soundtrack every night until at least midnight and more often 3am. And the apartment is on the third floor with currently no elevator. There is a shaft, but no work was being done. The stairs are stone. The noise was a huge issue for my friend. I used earplugs, a fan and a pillow over my head and slept fine. Also, taxis refused to pick us up there more than once. We did get one to the airport - reserved it ahead. The neighborhood was fun other than the above - lots of inexpensive shops.
