A warm, clean, and comfortable stay in a great location – highly recommended!

The location was excellent and very convenient, only about 15 minutes’ drive from Santa Claus Village. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and very warm even when it was -21°C outside. We especially loved the sauna after a long day out in the cold. There was a private parking spot, which made everything easy. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking, including a dishwasher and microwave, and there was also a washing machine with a dryer, which was very helpful during our winter stay.

The apartment is very pretty and cozy, as well as spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and having both a sauna and a parking space was a great bonus. It’s conveniently located—only about an 8-minute drive or a 35-minute walk from the city center. We had a wonderful, hassle-free stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again. It was picturesque with all the snow. Once inside it was decorated beautifully with a lovely Christmas tree! It was warm, clean and very comfortable.

Outstanding experience!

Everything at this property is beautiful. You have everything you need, soooo clean and tidy! Little details everywhere! Sauna is amazing, they even leave some essential oils for the relaxing experience. So comfortable and great location! Santtu was an exceptional host!!!!! We were so lucky to have this wonderful experience.

Die Wohnung war in einen top Zustand. Warm und sauber, sehr gespflegte. Austattung perfekt, Kücheninterieur komplett. Der Standort ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die City und Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Quartier nur wärsten weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage in Rovaniemi.

Top lokacija. Mirno naselje. Približno 25 minut hoje do mesta, sicer pa je avtobusna postaja zraven apartmaja. Apartma nudi vse kar potrebuješ. Kuhinja vključuje zelo veliko pripomočkov in aparatur, ki jih lahko koristiš. Velik plus je tudi savna. Tudi lastnik je zelo prijazen. Omogočil nam je predčasen vstop v apartma.

Un lugar cómodo y agradable para estar en familia

Es cómodo, relajante, con todo lo que necesitas. Está limpio y las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Es un lugar muy agradable y los niños se divirtieron jugando con la nieve tanto delante como detrás de la casa. La sauna genial

No está en el centro pero es lo esperable si quieres alojarte en una casa unifamiliar. En pleno invierno es mejor moverte en taxi

État de l’appartement irréprochable - emplacement juste à coter du centre ville - il y a tous sur place ( serviettes, gel douche, pq, sel poivre etc )

Formidable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé en périphérie du centre, mais idéalement situé pour être au calme. L’arrêt de bus se trouve juste en face et rejoint rapidement le centre de Rovaniemi, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et les hôtes plus que charmants et attentionnés! La literie est confortable, les grands placards bien utiles et le sauna est un grand point positif! Les enfants ont aussi pu faire de la luge et s’amuser dans le jardin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour!

Sauberkeit und sehr gute Ausstattung. Für 2 Personen vom Platz her sehr komfortabel. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und ruhige Lage. Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr unkompliziert.
