La relación calidad-precio estupenda, precio económico, apartamento grande con habitación de cama doble extra-grande, salón con sofá-cama amplio, cocina grande con comedor (dispone de básicos para cocinar y aceite/sal/pimienta), terraza, el baño pequeño (ducha mejorable).
Lo peor del apartamento el baño, la ducha tiene desagüe directo al suelo y se acumula el agua rápidamente, por lo demás repetiría apartamento.

Nice, spacious and clean apartment close to everything. Communication with the host was easy, and we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking near the apartment included in the cost of the accommodation.
We were left with our children standing outside at night in -22C temp when google maps led us to a completely incorrect property and we were then unable to reach the properly manager / owner for assistance via WhatsApp as instructed. Once we did eventually receive a return message to assist with the correct location of the accommodation the property owner / manager admitted that it is a known continued problem with Google maps, but despite this had not bothered to send prior advice or instructions as a work around for the known issue. The provision of basic cooking utensils in the self-contained kitchen is non-existent. Even simply boiling a pot of pasta was impossible. This is unreasonable considering the cost of this apartment per night and it wouldn’t take a lot of effort or cost to fix this. Sadly in 8 weeks of travelling across Europe we have never had to give a poor review before, but the reality is there are much nicer, better equipped options in Rovaniemi at this price point.
