The apartment is perfect and Ansi is a really friendly and helpful host.

Ansi was a brilliant host. He picked us up (and dropped us back) from the airport and showed us places to visit and/ or eat. The apartment was perfect: incredibly warm, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed; it was also in a great location. We would recommend this booking to anyone.

Very wonderful and joyful

The apartment is located very close to the city center. The landlord was extremely kind—he picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, and provided lots of helpful information and assistance throughout our stay. The landlord was also very considerate; when we had trouble operating the heating system, he came over specially to adjust the heating for us and even cleaned and tidied up the apartment. In short, if I visit Rovaniemi again, I will definitely stay here, in this well-equipped apartment that has almost everything needed for daily life, and enjoy my vacation to the fullest.

Exceptional host and apartment !

Annsi the host was fantastic . He was so response and answered all of my many questions about Lapland extremely well. He picked us up at the airport and dropped us at SCV on arrival and departure and also allowed us us to store our luggage in his car on arrival and our last day so we could make the most of our time. The apartment was lovely and cosy with everything we could need and the sauna was a welcome treat after being out in the cold all day. Highly highly recommend !!

A lovely, comfortable, very clean apartment close to the city centre

A really lovely apartment located approximately 1km from the city centre. It was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It was warm and comfortable and it was very quiet. The host was friendly and collected us from the airport and offered us advice on local activities, sights and trips to take. There are bus stops very nearby if you don’t want to walk into the city centre, the buses also leave you directly at the bus stop for Santa Park and Santa Claus Village and the airport. There is a K Market nearby the apartment too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend, thank you so much!

Great modern apartment A lovely, modern, comfortable apartment, great communication with the host.

A wonderful little apartment, perfect for a couple with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and even a sauna! Walking distance to the city centre and a lovely balcony to watch the sky at night. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent apartment in Rovaniemi

The apartment was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Anssi was kind enough to pick us up/ drop us off at the airport and he gave good tips about Rovaniemi. As someone else mentioned, the photos don’t do justice. The sauna was great and the walk to/ from the town centre was easy and about 15-20 minutes. Would return any day.

The owner takes care of the apartment very well. It is very clean, very cosy and very well situated near to a supermarket and bus stop. The owner also took the initiative to guide and walk us through the use of several of the facilities provided within his dwelling, such as how to operate the in-house sauna. The apartment came prepared with all basic necessities such as a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was kept clean and the washing machine was kept in perfect condition. Plates and cutlery were also given in abundance, which is always appreciated. In addition to this, the owner also provided us with his personal phone number so that we are able to contact him via WhatsApp so that we may message or call him to inquire more about Rovaniemi's Public transport or places of interest. Overall, our stay at Rovaniemi was a very enjoyable one.

The apartment was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. There is a store and bus stops nearby. Very comfortable if you want to cook or prepare food. The host is incredible, very polite and helped with all our requests.

Will stay here again if we revisit Rovaniemi!!

Anssi was there to greet us personally when we arrived. He was always contactable via whatsapp when we had queries, which made us feel at ease. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, including a private sauna in the bathroom. Netflix and Wifi were available when we needed them. There were 2 supermarkets within a 5 min walk and there was a private parking lot for those who drive. Anssi went above and beyond to help us call the Covid Test Centre when we had issues, and had to wait 30mins on the phone! We enjoyed the stay and his hospitality very much. :)

Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. We had coffee, we could cook something for breakfast. Also, the sauna was super nice. The apartment is close to the city center and Arktikum museum, aprox 1 km.We took a bus only for Santa Village. We had a very pleasant stay, Anssi is an amazing host. He took us from the airport and than back to the airport. He also took us on an Aurora hunting tour outside of Rovaniemi. I would totally recompmend him and his apartment.

The apartment was clean and good size. The host is so accommodating he even provided a sled for my 2 daughters. He is available anytime we need to ask him something and was super nice about helping. Best thing is that it has free Netflix on the tv so my 2 kids did not at all feel bored when the day ends fast during our stay in winter. Truly recommended!

Convenient,cozy, clean,modern and comfortable

I would like to begin by saying the host of the property Anssi was one of the most warmest,kind and genuinely a helpful person. He was extremely promt with his communication via WhatsApp,was ahead of time to pick us from the train station.(which is optional and charged at a reasonable rate)he showed us around the city center where we could pick up groceries or have a meal. His place was Extremely clean ,cozy and modern Including a kitchen fully equipped with all essentials required .He has a smart TV and sauna too. The distance to the main city center is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Apartment so it's pretty close,and you can book all your snow activities from lots of package tour companies,we personally liked welcome Lapland. Restaurant are pretty expensive recommend buying stuff like your own alcohol groceries etc and coming home for a meal as you rather save those bucks to go hunting for the northern lights which we were lucky to experience and is a wonderful thing to see at least once in your life so was Santa village and all the snow activities. Anssi the host will guide you through out if you require anything he is very professional and friendly,having a good host like Anssi who always goes an extra mile with a smile makes the whole trip worth it.

10 minutes by walk to the centre, new and clean apartament. ideal comfort for 3-4 persons

the apartment have really all: all the forks, knife, tablet for cut food, fridge, freezer, all dishes ...really all. the bathroom have all the needs for livinig the bedroom is big and with comfortable bed. For my personal opinion the blakets and pillow are a bit old(but clean). you can live in this apartment and you will just buy the foods, you will not think other things.

I never understand how to low the temperature....seems strange but outside -27°C, inside apartment t-shirt and without socks... nothing at all

Eine klare Weiterempfehlung

Die Lage ist gut (15 Min. mit dem Auto zum Flughafen, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, Innenstadt ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar), die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht (wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt), der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, und natürlich die Sauna ist ein schönes i-Tüpfelchen, das wir gerne genutzt haben.
