Some dishes had caked on food and the cooking utensils which are plastic are stained.

The apartment was light, surprising spacious and toasty warm. The kitchen had all of the requirements we needed and had a nice large round table that we used for breakfast. In the lounge, there are some comfy loungers and a door out to a small balcony which was nice to use to get some outside air. The bed was comfortable and a nice choice of pillows. Shower worked as expected. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer that could have been used also. Place was clean and welcoming. Train station is just a 15-20 min walk downhill which was ideal for us. Walking in to town was about 20 mins also.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the apartment. The only thing I would make a comment on is if the information folder had more info inside regarding bus info or train info. Maybe what and where to get a bus to the Santa village although nowadays there are apps for everything, but it would be nice to see a map with bus stops and routes.

The apartment had all the basic facilities needed for a stay, and we appreciated having the essentials available. The bed sheets were clean and comfortable. The location is good.

the overall cleanliness and condition of the apartment were disappointing. Apart from the bed sheets, many areas did not appear to have been properly dusted. The mirrors, floors, decorations, and surfaces throughout the apartment were dusty, and the sink was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom in particular needs renovation and more thorough cleaning. The floor was very dirty and uncomfortable to use, ventilation was poor, and the toilet seat was not securely attached to the floor, moving while sitting. These issues affected our comfort during the stay. In the kitchen, the broken wooden panel/plinth board under the dishwasher was a safety concern, as it was uncomfortable to stand and work there and we accidentally stepped on it several times. Additionally, the vacuum cleaner provided was broken.
