Simply the best. We’ve been touring Uk for 5 weeks and have stayed at good hotels and it b&bs. This topped them all. Great facilities. Lovely big room and full size kitchen. Good sized ensuite. Secure parking. 5 minutes from Seaham about 15 from Sunderland and the same from Durham

Accommodation lovely and in great location - spacious with everything need for a stay. Great welcome snacks, tea, coffee, milk etc. good parking and very friendly owners.

The property was perfect …home from home, a beautiful spacious studio design with a huge comfy bed. It was so clean and had a really practical layout with everything you need for any stay. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. Loads of nice little touches like proper coffee, basket of crisps and chocolate, milk in the fridge and bottled water.
