The house was clean and located in the central part of the city. It was easy to access different places from there. If I happen to be in sunderland again, I wouldn't mind booking this house. Staff was amazing, ready to answer any question that I had

nice comfortable stay, just what we were looking for.

The location was very good and the house was lovely bed's were comfortable.
There was no bedside cabinet's which would have been handy, previous people who had rented had been smoking outside and there was cigarette butt's outside all over the yard and the drain was full of them and it won't be long until the drain is blocked.
