Apartments Azalea Terrace

This lovely little apartment was just what we needed for a night out in sunderland. The location of this property was maybe a 5 minute walk away from the city centre and right next to a little shop for the essential. parking wasn’t an issue as there was a car park a short walk away. The apartment was nice and clean, with milk and cookies provided which was nice. We thought we had an issue with the lock however, the owners came over in short time and explained how to fix it. The owners were very nice and overall had a lovely experience.

the only small issue i had was the heat at night however, this is from no fault of the property so i would recommend bringing a fan in hot weather. all in all no problems what so ever

hello, the owner, and thank you for the nice welcome, a room equipped with everything, kitchen, bathroom and room all in the same place, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped with everything you need, close to the center, bus and Metro, I recommend, good price, quiet place

Very close to the city centre, but quiet too.

The property was big and the parking was ideal. The bathroom was quite new but the light switch was extremely dirty

The bed was the most uncomfortable that I’ve slept in for years. I know it was cheap accommodation but the poor quality mattress and bedding was not acceptable. The towels have seen better days and the decor was poor.
