We used the house to accomodate family travelling in for a funeral. The property was close to other family members who live in the area. It was big enough so we could all be together. Clean and comfortable
The parking restrictions weekdays between 10 and 11 and 2 to 3 would have caused a problem if local family didn't have passes to give us.

It was perfectly placed to visit the Royal Hospital and had enough bedrooms and beds to accommodate our family as we arrived from various parts of the world. The house was spacious and comfortable and terrific value for money. The hosts were able to extend our stay for us when it became necessary.
Forks - not enough of them for the number of people.
The rear yard / bin area was very untidy as seagulls had torn open the bin bags in the semi-open waste bin, and the contents were blowing around in the wind. We picked up the rubbish and repacked it.

There was an issue with the original property so I am not reviewing that. When I raised concerns with Laura, she was beyond helpful and resolved my issues very quickly. We moved to another 5 bed property around the corner from the original. This was clean and stocked with suitable amenities. Surprisingly large property with plenty of space.
Property was lovely and had everything we needed. Only downside was the downstairs bathroom lock not working (not ideal when sharing with people who aren't family) and the outside bin was almost overflowing - but I appreciate this is dependent on when they are emptied and is beyond their control. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The house had ample room for a group and the beds were comfortable. It is located a short walk into Sunderland central and there was ample parking for over the weekend (there are some restrictions on weekdays).
There were a few creature comforts missing which would have been nice, such as kitchen roll, hand soap. But, all the main facilities were present.
