Location was very handy. It was half an hour walk to the beach and also half an hour to to big supermarkets/town centre. It was only 5 minutes drive to these places. Up to 5 minutes walk we've had community park, Tesco Express, 2 take aways and very nice pub.
I have nothing to add. Had no bad experiences.
