It was good value, bathroom and shower were good, very clean, parking always ok
WiFi didn't work despite several text messages, couldn't work microwave, kitchen equipment was very haphazard, decor not really to my taste. Had to chase for key code, didn't receive until after 9pm evening before arrival. No instructions left re use of equipment etc

Lovely spacious comfortable flat, good size bedrooms and well equipped. Close to supermarket, lots of nice cafes and restaurants , walking distance to the harbour and beach and free roadside parking.
The doors were very difficult to open , the internal doors in particular. Also the internet went down on the second day of our stay and couldn't be reset.

Beautifully decorated with parking right outside, big Asda nearby and about a 25 minute walk to the famous Seaham sea glass beach, which was one of the reasons for our stay.
We couldn't get the microwave to work but all day apart from that.
