Churchview Apartments

Liked everything.

Very nicely furnished. Everything we could have needed. Plenty of fresh towels, and lots of kitchen supplies including tea/coffee/sugar/washing up liquid and more. Extremely handy, especially when you’re only staying for a couple of days.

Nothing about the property.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, welcoming, fully equipped and beautifully decorated and maintained. It was in a perfect location for everything that we needed. Can't wait to return

Nothing at all

A really good location. Basic facilities just right for our needs. Comfy mattress. We asked the host for shower gel, and a light bulb for one of the bedrooms. She responded promptly and rectified the problems as soon as she could. The bath and shower are nice, and there was plenty of hot water and the heating responded well. There are good drawers to put belongings away.

Although the flat looked nice at first glance and had received a surface clean, it was dirty. There were maggots visible down the bathroom sink drain, and unwashed cutlery and food wrappers under the sofa. It seems that the cleaners need a bit more time to make sure the place is given more care and that renewables like the light bulb and the shower gel are replenished prior to a new rental. The pillows were much too high for me and I didn't sleep well although the bed itself was very comfortable. It would be useful to have hooks on the back of doors and perhaps in the hall.
