Had a pleasant stay at this wonderful apartment. The cleanliness of this apartment exceeded my expectations and it’s so well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The coffee machine, microwave and Netflix made it better! It’s clean, cozy and newly refurbished! The host was super accommodating and helpful, and the checkin/out process was a breeze. The location was perfect! with a bus stop at the doorstep, a metro station 7 mins away, and convenient store right next to the unit. Highly recommended!

The location was very good, although on a main road so during the day windows couldn’t be open so fans are definitely recommended for taking with you.
10 minutes to most beaches and shopping isn’t to far away if you need anything.
Host was brilliant and very reassuring.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and could do with being replaced however due to the heat blankets wasn’t needed so put this on the bed and and slept on that and it was very comfy!!

the property was immaculate, and felt homely and bright, I felt settled in the property as soon as I walked in.
myself and my friend both said it would be the first place we looked for on the booking app if we ever come down to Sunderland again.
The whole place was so clean and felt like it was a well looked after home.
I was able to contact the person in charge of the property should I need them, I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble for them.
loved it all.
