Location excellent; property manager was responsive and was able to solve issues that arose. AC unit in downstairs worked well. The space is great value for being in the middle of Paris.
Key fob for entering building wasn't where it was supposed to be on arrival, which wasn't a great start. Nuki door lock failed twice. We ended up having to use emergency key. Upstairs AC unit doesn't work and was installed very poorly (not sealed, so when it does work, the cool air goes directly outside). Water pressure is very low, so if you flush a toilet, the shower is just a trickle of water.

e' da migliorare e mettere in sicurezza la scala a chiocciola che collega la cucina alla camera, soprattutto non e' ideale per chi ha bambini piccoli, e per chi non e' super tecnologico l'apertura della porta d'ingresso non e' il massimo.
