Overall one of the best places to stay, would recommend to everyone

Very nice and a convenient stop off point on our visit to Dorset

Very clean, contemporary, nice outdoor space,

I had emailed a couple of days prior to check in to ask about arrangements but didn't get a response. We had agreed a check in time of between 4 and 5 pm, we arrived at 4.50 pm but no-one was around to let us in. I didn't have internet access to check emails to see if any information had been sent so had to call on the next door neighbour who was extremely helpful contacting you to ask for the lock box number. I was then able to access my emails once we had got in to the property around 5.45pm. This was frustrating as I had tried to check this out in advance.

A great summer stay house but not for us in winter.

The house was exceptionally clean, well presented, spacious. A great house for a family in the summer, lovely garden. Very spacious and equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, bath and separate shower cubicle.

There was a welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar and a drop of milk would have been appreciated, as it was NYE. The house was cold and there were no instructions about operating the heating. WiFi details were on a unit.

The house was really nice and modern. It was in a really nice area and the parking was great. The host replied quickly and was helpful

Okay so this was a last minute booking but we weren’t allowed to check in until 16.30 and it said to check out between 9.30-10.00am this is quite hard when you’ve had a late(ish) watching firework with an 8 year old in tow. It’s quite expensive for the hours we were there. It said there was coffee there so I didn’t bring any of my own. When I fact there was only one pod between myself and my wife. It was nice coffee though. If I’m being picky for such a nice spacious house the tv in the lounge was a 24/26” max screen which looked a bit silly. One last thing, the loft has been converted- there is a stairway that leads up to a door which we obviously wanted to explore. To find a locked door at the top. It was just a bit weird, I thought about looking through the keyhole but thought if there’s an eye looking back at me I’d be done lol

The property was very clean, well looked after. The property had just about everything a guest could possibly want or need for a vacation. Basically it was a fully furnished house. It was fantastic & a great location.

Little gem of a property, would happily stay there again!

Location was super quiet, house was lovely, clean and a real pleasure to stay in. Garden area was a really nice bonus to relax in. Colin kindly informed me when the house was ready for us.

Great property

Excellent standard, very clean, everything working well

The property is located in a residential area quite up the hill…. If you don’t have a car, it is challenging quite steep. Good to walk downhill but a bit more complicated to walk up. No public transport, but taxies work well. Perhaps finding some information when arriving like useful numbers would have been nice.

Lovely comfortable house.

A lovely comfortable house with a nice garden. The hairdryer was missing but Colin kindly delivered a new one for us.

A bedside lamp rather than a floor lamp would have been better in the front bedroom. We drove down to the seafront as the hill was too much for us!

Relaxing short stay in Lyme Regis

We loved the set up in the garden and house. Good decor and facilities throughout. It had everything we needed . Location is in a quiet area so it was lovely to sit in the garden listening to the birds after a day of swimming at the beach. We walked back down to the beach front in the evening and it was just far enough to give us a good workout after dinner when climbing the hill back up. We only used the bath, but it is nice to have a choice of bath or walk in shower if you wanted. Also there is a separate toilet downstairs so great for families. Plenty of parking space on the drive.

My bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that is down to personal taste. My daughter said hers was perfect. Aside from that, everything was great and we were very impressed. Thanks.

Lovely house in Lyme Regis

The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, deep freeze etc. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. The key box was quite difficult to open but the host came over to see that we were OK. There was off-street parking for at least two cars.

A superb stay and we would come back

We loved the comfort and cosy feel of the apartment. It was super clean and homely.

WiFi passcode did not work and the amount of crockery was small for 2 people without the use of a dishwasher on both days of our stay.

Très belle maison bien située, encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Nous vous conseillons fortement ce logement si vous voulez visiter les plages de Lyme Regis. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, très facile d'accès à pied et en plus emplacement de parking juste à côté de la maison. Nous étions 4 avec nos deux garçons. Ils ont adoré la maison.Un grand merci pour ce séjour

Juste le système d'interrupteur pour les prises. Nous avons appuyé sur un interrupteur et en fait il s'agissait du chauffage. On s'est vite rendu compte qu'il n'y avait plus de chauffage et nous l'avons rallumé. Ce n'est vraiment qu'un détail car notre séjour a vraiment été parfait
