A comfortable stay in a lovely holiday home

The property was roomy and comfortable. It was the very best equipped place we have stayed in and really was home-from-home with lots of extra little touches that makes all the difference to any holiday. David and Angela greeted us on arrival to show us around, and also explained how to walk into town via the river walk (about 10mins). This was our first trip to Lyme Regis and we look forward to staying at their property again when we next re-visit.

Amazing location, highly recommend

David and Angela were delightful hosts, and their home was excellent. Cosy and immaculately clean, warm and welcoming. They'd thought of everything. I will definitely be staying again.

David & Angela are great hosts. We were welcomed on arrival, with some lovely touches, like milk in the fridge and a snacks basket. It was very clean and beautifully presented.

An all round great experience. The property was home from home with added little extra touches. The beds were very comfy and the property was spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and perfect for a pleasant 15/20 min walk into Lyme without the worry of finding somewhere to park! David and Angela were very welcoming hosts. Will definitely be returning as this has been one of the nicest places we have stayed!

Beautiful Apartment with welcoming friendly hosts

Beautiful Apartment with use of the lovely garden. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. Only a short easy walk along the river into Lyme Regis. David and Angela were welcoming friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to give us a lift to and from the Alexandra Hotel for our Afternoon Tea which was very kind of them. They were exceptional hosts and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you David and Angela

This apartment was quite perfect. The location is quiet and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. It is lovingly furnished and attention has been paid to many details. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time.

A comfortable, convenient and quiet place to stay

David and Angela, our hosts, were most friendly, welcoming and attentive. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The location, in plush suburbia, is very quiet, and overlooks the wooded valley of the River Lym which facilitates a pleasant 10-minute riverside walk into the lovely town centre.

Perfect for visiting Lyme Regis and the surrounding area.

Everything! Great location in Lyme Regis within easy walking distance of the town and beach. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay - owners made us feel personally welcome even before we arrived (thanks for the sign at the end of the lane) - whole apartment well appointed with lots of home comforts, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen - lovely garden to enjoy too.

Clean and exceptionally well equipped. Property well positioned. To get into Lyme Regis was approximately a 15 min walk along a delightful path by a river/stream. Garden was fantastic with lovely views over the countryside.

Very clean accomodation and the walk to the sea front is beautiful along a river. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good central location for Lyme Regis with parking.

David and Angela were great hosts and their lovely property is conveniently located for Lyme Regis and the surrounding area. The property was ideal for our group of 4 for a weekend but would also be suitable for longer stays as it has good facilities.

Clean and tidy with everything you could ask for

There was nothing that David & Angela hadn't thought of, or provided - there was milk, cereal, teas, and coffee, towels and cleaning cloths. The accommodation was very clean, and smelled good. There was a place to park off road, seats in the garden, free WiFi, books and games. Would highly recommended.

A warm welcome from David and Angela and a lovely peaceful stay in their spotless, well thought out apartment. A huge plus is easy parking right outside! 10 mins gentle riverside walk to the beach/town via the tarmac pedestrian path. Loved my stay and will definitely return. Thank you, David and Angela.

Angela and David were wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable of the local area and places to see. Very comfortable property with everything you need provided. Lovely garden and seating area, unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind enough for us to enjoy it.

The location was perfect , quiet and within walking distance of the town and sea. The apartment was so clean and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. They were always on hand if you needed anything and knowledgeable on the best places to visit.

A fabulous weekend away.

A beautifully presented cottage with some lovely thoughtful touches such as a toddler seat on the loo, a welcome basket and spare toiletries. The hosts David and Angela were lovely. And the walk to the town centre and sea was 10 mins along a lovely little river. I imagine we will be back!

Check out was a bit early for my tastes (though to be fair I should have checked this before the morning!)
