It was spacious, with well appointed kitchen and living room. The house was warm and had been made welcoming. The owner responded quickly to a problem outside of her control. The Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch. Easy walking access to town.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable because of the mattresses. Privacy was an issue because
of the clear glass front door, especially when the light was on. The front bedroom window, which was on the ground floor and full length, was a problem because of privacy and lack of ventilation. During our stay we had to move from the front to the back bedroom so we could have the window open during the night.

Warm and spacious. We loved the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Comfortable beds. Adjustable underfloor heating in every room. Parking outside the door. Great walk in shower and toilet on both floors ideal for my elderly relatives. Everything looked clean and new. Especially appreciated the warmth and welcoming Christmas tree on arrival.

There was only one easy chair in the lounge along with the sofa, which was a bit awkward, two chairs would have been ideal and less like an interview set up.

Lovely property and really close to the centre of Lyme Regis, less five minute walk to get to the beach (downhill). The property was very homely. The open plan area upstairs felt comfy and had great natural light. There is on site parking for one car.
It would've been nice to have blinds or a curtain on the front door for during the night as the front door was mostly glass. We only stayed for 4 night but if I'd been staying a week it'd have been useful to have bins in the bedrooms as well.

Great size house, very clean and well equipped. We had really good communication with the owner. Free WiFi. Parking included which is rare in the area.
Parking was a little tight and the location is at the top of a hill, which my little two struggled with. Could do with an extra sofa in lounge. Little bit of noise from the pub opposite on the Friday night.

Great location with parking space. Spacious and cosy.
- Limited welcome info (just two laminated sheets of paper).
- no info re how to operate appliances eg hob, dishwasher oven. It's in the owner's interest that guests use appliances safely.
- no info re heating and how to control.
- Bin/recycling info. Owner asks that guests place bins by roadside for collection on Monday. They don't explain CLEARLY which bin is for which purpose (limited info - two identical bins amongst the three - previous guests clearly equally confused)
- In order to place bins by the roadside, guests have to drag them up and down through the steep gravel drive, before suddenly arriving at the roadside after the downhill stretch (dangerous, if indeed one is physically able).

Bright , modern and comfortable and very clean. Central to shops and restaurants. Ten minutes to the beaches for rock pooling and fossil hunting.
The outside area could of done with a tidy and some maintenance, not that appealing to sit there . Nearly empty hand wash in bathroom and up stairs toilet, would of been nice to have more. This was the first accommodation that there wasn't a welcome gift not even a pint of milk. The direction's to the property could of been much clearer.

It is across the road from a pub which was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night with loud raucous music till 11. We had to close the windows although it was very hot. I would avoid at the weekend if coming again

The upstairs open plan living area, is comfortable, light and airy. There is a small balcony with a view of the sea.
The main bathroom is lovely, complete with a bath and walk in shower on the ground floor by the 2 bedrooms.
This is the first time that I've rented a property and have not received a welcome pack. We also added a filter on booking.com for Dog Friendly accommodation and we did not realise until we had paid that we could not take our dogs.

It was a great spacious and clean apartment with good facilities. We ate in most days and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated having a full bathroom plus additional WC and having Netflix was a nice bonus. Rachel responded to my messages quickly. The bus stop to Axminister was very convenient and there were two small supermarkets close by.

Apartment was very clean & tidy. It was very spacious we absolutely loved it! It has everything you need & the beds were very comfy. Lovely heated flooring downstairs we definitely were not cold in the slightest. We will 100% be returning excellent location.
The only thing that would be nice for a bit of privacy is a curtain or blind to go over the front door as others have mentioned previously.

Only, very small complaint is that the glass front door could do with a curtain, for privacy at night (bedrooms and main bathroom is on ground floor)

Lovely house, everything we needed.
One small issue and not for the house itself but the pub opposite had very loud live music on the Saturday night, they stopped at 11pm but could hear the music over the TV with the doors and windows closed. Like I said, there wasn’t any issue with the house itself and if that is your ‘vibe’ then it wouldn’t have been a problem.

Minor repair needed in the bathroom. The outside sitting area was lovely and private but required pruning back and the patio slabs were very slippery when wet.

A lovely surprise to find a modern spacious, clean home from home .
Every detail had been thought of . Nice layout and spotlessly clean .
Kitchen facilities - all there , no microwave but had everything else.
Was a short walk down to the beach and the town .
Good value for money and definitely one of the best places I have stayed in and I would recommend it highly .
Nothing bad about the property at all , had all amenities, but location is a shirt walk downhill to get to beachfront and a hilly climb back up.

Perfect for a family getaway!
The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location - a short walk one way to the Cobb and the other to the high street.
We loved the open plan living space.
Rachel was super helpful in helping us find the property as we did get lost on the way (tip don’t use google maps! Use the link sent)

Brilliant location with only a short walk downhill to Lyme Regis seafront with pubs, restaurants . The size of the accommodation, toilet upstairs as well as downstairs. Plenty room in kitchen and eating area. Lovely little balcony with a view to the sea. Friendly little pub right across the road.Parking is a plus even though a bit tight to get access to especially if you had a big car. The views of the hills and sea lovely.
Needs a curtain or blind on front door as can see straight in and no privacy when walking from bedroom to bathroom. Sofa was uncomfortable as sinks into middle. Could have done with instructions for log burner and how to open velux window. May seem obvious but not if you havent got them.

location was great five minute walk down to the town centre/beach so everything on your doorstep allocated parking space outside property,local pub directly opposite the property,comfy beds,lovely shower.
microwave oven in kitchen would have been useful rather than using the oven or hob but no big deal.
