I can’t recommend this enough. The hosts are lovely too. We would definitely stay again.

This was great for our family of 4 weekend getaway. Close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved how close this property was to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Super clean and bright. We didn’t plan on cooking, but the kitchen was fully stocked if we were. Owners were quick to respond when needed. The welcome basket was also a very nice touch!

Location was great. There was Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. Shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom. Soft towels.

Front door needs a bit of attention. Needs adjusting, difficult to shut and lock sometimes.

A clean, comfortable, well-equipped property, convenient to downtown area and the beach.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated that the hosts left us tea, sugar, and milk in the refrigerator, as well as instructions for the use of all appliances. The common area was comfortable also.

It was on a steep hill, so not sure why it said a mostly flat walk to the ocean. I think they advertised an ocean view, but you can't see the ocean from the apartment.

Lyme Regis clean comfortable and cozy

Great location, within a walking distance to town center. Apartment is clean comfy and equipped with everything for cooking at home. The owners called a head, arranged parking and even complimentary bottle of milk and cookies, definitely recommend.

The shower is a bit tricky to work, some clearer instructions can come a long way plus the TV could be updated. Other than that, great place

Great location, easy walk into Lyme Regis and access to drive to other nearby places

Property was very clean with lots of utensils etc available e.g. fan. The offer of fresh milk of our choice on arrival was very thoughtful.

Liked everything but would suggest thicker curtains for smaller bedroom as light gets through very early in the morning

A very clean apartment with all the facilities you could need. Brilliant kitchen, lovely lounge, good bedrooms and excellent shower in the spacious bathroom.

Couldn't find recycling bin - but there might of been one.

Wonderful stay in a lovely location

There was great communication with the hosts before our stay , including some lovely touches like providing oat milk! The apartment is in a great location - only a short walk to the sea & town via the river path. It was great to have the parking permit - there weren't any spaces outside the apartment when we arrived but the permit also covers nearby streets. It was clean and everything you needed was provided. The sun deck was great to have. The apartment is light and airy with a wonderful view.

The TV was basic with no SMART TV functions that we could find. We didn't really need the TV though so this is a minor point. The shower temperature was a bit tricky to control - the eco setting worked the best.

A beautiful apartment, helpful prompt information from the owner, lovely touches of milk and snacks upon arrival. A lovely walk by the river into town. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Really lovely and comfortable apartment

Everything was great. The flat was spotless, smelled beautifully fresh and was very modern with minimal, tasteful decor. The sitting room furnishings were comfortable after a day of exploring. The beds, bedding and linen were of high quality, as were the towels. The shower was lovely, and simple to use. The location was good, quiet and just a few minutes walk down to the sea front. The hosts kindly left us milk, tea and coffee and cookies. There were instructions on how to use the appliances too. The hosts were pleasant and very communicative too when I had questions about the area.

The only tiny thing I could add would be that there was no obvious welcome pack, which would have been handy to find our way down to the seafront.

The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were extra comfy - I would have liked to take ours home with me! It was an excellent location for exploring Lyme Regis. It was an easy walk into town and to everywhere we wanted to go.

The apartment was well situated, and was only a short walk along the river path into the town. The accommodation was very comfortable and was spotless on our arrival. A perfect seaside family getaway.

This is a comfortable, very well equipped, spacious apartment within easy walk of the sea front and lovely local shops. Really thoughtful touches like tea, coffee and milk being provided on arrival make it a perfect place to stay. The communication from the hosts was friendly and welcoming. We didn't have any problems but I would have felt comfortable contacting them if needed.

Lovely stay in quaint Lime Regis

Good location short distance from beach, but still in a quiet area: ideal! More than enough room to store your bagage and clothes, Nice beds, proper kitchen with all the comforts, brand new bathroom, and all this with a nice coastal/naval theme: loved it, can only reccomend!

The shower was a bit finicky to get to work, but that was our fault for not reading the documentation in the folder in the kitchen cupboard.

Exceptional

The apartment is very comfortable and laid out. Everything was there that we needed and the provision of some basics to welcome us was wonderful. The hosts were quick to communicate and accommodated an earlier arrival for us as well. The location is outside of the oldest part of Lyme, but an easy and enjoyable walk along the river Lim to town. Our kids had no trouble with it. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

The only suggestion is for another hook or two for towels in the bathroom and/or behind the bedroom doors.

everything we reasonably might have needed was there. We loved the beds and the well considered decor, and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the location and the riverside walk you do into town.

Only a minor comment - the bathroom sink area is wide making the space for the WC narrow and using the TP is therefore awkward.

Superb

Great location, a short river walk to the beach and very well equipped flat. The flat was very comfortable and free parkingas well. As it was so close to the centre of Lyme Regis, we didn't use our car at all. The flat was very impressive. The only moan was that the double bed was a bit too short for my husband and I whilst the kids had a very comfortable rest on the king size bed that had been spilt into a twin for them. Apart from that, everything else was lovely.
