Stunning little house, 2 mins from Lyme Regis beach with a sea view Sleeps 4 free parking, small dog welcome

Excellent location and a parking space (for a large SUV) just outside the property, off the road. Short walk to pubs and restaurants and the beach and easy access to all of Lyme Regis including all the fossil related attractions. Ideal spot fpor a couple taking a short break.

Location was great. Lovely sea view and short walk to beach pubs and restaurants

The sofa bed for my boys to sleep On wasn’t really a sofa bed more like a Futon and wasn’t level so not comfortable. The main bed was comfortable but the frame was so squeaky that if you moved a fraction it made so much noise that it was broken sleep every time husband moved in night

Just back from a 2 night stay.House was all we required.Bed v comfortable and downstairs nice sofa and kitchen and good TV with good reception. WIFI also worked well once i managed to connect.Good shower and bathroom We didn't eat in at all so can't comment on cooking facilities but looked fine.Great position with easy parking less than 100 yds to sea albeit on a bit of a hill. But once down good flat walking Marie the owner was v appoachable on the phone and let us have a late check out as 10 am would have been a bit of a rush.Nice town lots of choice for meals out.Would recommend and would choose instead of hotel. There was outside furniture on patio which caught sun til later in afternoon .Great views of sea

Didn't try coffee machine as just don't understand them.Although was provided with Tea bags hot choc and and sugar..a couple of coffee sachets would have been nice.A small point

Good location

Couldn’t use the outside area as it required maintenance and a clean up. The bedroom was clean and fresh however the downstairs needed some TLC could be because it was the end of the season? Would not return.
