Delightful property - shame about all the steps and steep stairs!
The location was superb & the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped.
For a couple in our mid-70s, the steps approaching the property were strenuous for us with all our luggage. Once inside, we were then faced with more steep stairs to the living area. The accommodation was very clean and tasteful with the delightful view of stunning Lyme.

Very nice stay.
Its location was excellent for the beaches.
The microwave did not work. Very steep steps to get upto the property. We were warned about the very tiny bunk bed bedroom.

Great location, nice apartment, wouldn’t mind owning it myself!
Great location, on the beach and next to shops. Well equipped apartment, sizeable kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, good wifi etc. Lounge was perfect to sit and watch the sea.
Rooms could do with a bit more cleaning- inside of drawers, skirting boards, switches were dusty. Should have a sensor light on the external stairs as they are steep.

Perfect.. quirky.. great location with everything we needed for a break away
Lots of steps and stairs.. no sink in the toilet so had to wash hands in the main bathroom or kitchen if bathroom in use.

Not good value for money
The view from the lounge and double bedroom.
Very tired, scruffy, poor bedding, towels, not worth £894 for two nights, would not recommend, needs a redocration and modernising. Thought it was cheeky to be asked to strip bedding off beds

One of the Best UK family holidays I’ve had the pleasure of going on.
It was perfect. Absolutely fantastic place to stay.

Loved it. Lyme Regis is a brilliant place to holiday and the seafront location was great.
Absolutely superb location, right on the seafront, with magnificent views and 5 mins walk from the Cobb. The seafront was traffic free. Lots of steps to the property though, so be warned if you're a little limited with mobility. Lovely lounge with comfy sofa, well-equipped kitchen, superb main bedroom. And a thoughtful welcome pack.
The second bedroom was v small with little spare space and child-sized duvets on the bunks (not good if you're an adult).
