Die Lage ist traumhaft: man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und hört das Rauschen. Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wunderschön dekoriert und bietet alles was man braucht. Es ist gemütlich mit Decken und Kissen und hat ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Internet funktionierte ausgezeichnet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber hat uns mit einem köstlichen Spezialitäten-Paket überrascht. Vielen Dank! Die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und besonders auch der Teppich wirkte sehr sauber. Die Heizung liess sich gut einstellen, denn die Temperaturen schwankten recht. Es wurden sogar Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt, Spühlmittel und Küchentücher - top Service.
Es gab vereinzelt kleine Schimmelstellen, die Waschmaschine war recht stinkig (schwierig mit der Feuchtigkeit, wenn sie eingebaut ist hinter Kästchen und die Türen oftmals verschlossen sind), der Kühlschrank wirkte nicht sauber (Flecken) und der Briefkastenschlitz klapperte bei starkem Wind lange in der Nacht. Das Etagenbett ist eher für kleinere und leichte Kinder geeignet und das Zimmer ist sehr eng. Der positive Eindruck hat aber ganz klar überwogen und wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

The location was superb & the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped.
For a couple in our mid-70s, the steps approaching the property were strenuous for us with all our luggage. Once inside, we were then faced with more steep stairs to the living area. The accommodation was very clean and tasteful with the delightful view of stunning Lyme.

Its location was excellent for the beaches.
The microwave did not work. Very steep steps to get upto the property.
We were warned about the very tiny bunk bed bedroom.

Great location, on the beach and next to shops. Well equipped apartment, sizeable kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, good wifi etc. Lounge was perfect to sit and watch the sea.
Rooms could do with a bit more cleaning- inside of drawers, skirting boards, switches were dusty.
Should have a sensor light on the external stairs as they are steep.
