Very nice location in Lyme Regis

Atmospheric historic house in great location. Very spacious and convenient. Well equipped. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Nicely decorated.

The house could use some more through-out cleaning. We were welcomed by quite a lot of spiders including a giant one. Lots of cobwebs in the windows and on the garden furniture. Ground floor smells of dampness - could use some drying, cleaning and fragrance sticks. On the other hand we were allowed early checkin - so perhaps the cleaning was less through out due to that. Overall nothing serious but there is room for improvement.

Perfect place in a super location - exactly what we needed!

Location was spot on - very close to the sea.

The dining room was a little cramped with 6 adults, a dog and a baby when the table was pulled out, but that is to be expected, I suppose!

perfect for two families each with two young children as there was a parents bedroom, kids bedroom and bathroom on each floor. fantastic location for our 4 night stay. we could walk everywhere and enjoy the beach and wonderful gift shops.

back garden, the grass hadn’t been cut grandchildren wanted to play football so I had to buy an extension lead £24:00 from diy store & cut the lawn using the house lawnmower while on holiday 🤦🏼

Relaxing trip in a cottage that has a home away from home feel.

Centrally located for both the town car park , the beach and town itself. The owners have created a lovely retreat in a beautiful location.

fantastic location for large family looking to have fun.

location, charm and ability to hold family of five effortlessly / garden was an amazing surprise

lack of shampoo and conditioner/ and the beds could use some serious tightening of screws, some of the squeekiest we have ever had! (particularly the 2nd floor one street side) outdoor furniture could have used a spray down as well, many cobwebs. a few simple upgrades could elevate the experience just a smidge and go a long way (board games, puzzles)

Lovely holiday let. I used to live in Lyme and popped over from bridport for a few nights to see friends. Very steep stairs and for one night my heavily pregnant daughter stayed with us, but she was careful to take the stairs slowly.

location brilliant has nice atmosphere nice seating area and kitchen had lots of items staff helpful and friendly garden lovely at the top lots of space and seating a lovely view

heating was impossible to work out and roof leaked badly in kitchen and made use of kitchen that night hard - offer of handyman next day but bit late then outside lovely but no lights and flooded out the back was a bad storm but drainage clearly an issue double beds had awful mattresses but singles okay

The house was cold, we put on the electric heaters but not very effective in dinning room kitchen was cold, bathroom cold and couldn’t get the heater in bedroom to work! Blue sofa in lounge very uncomfortable, could do with a rug.
