Slowly decaying but great location.

Perfect location and a lovely building. Good outdoor seating area with seaview. We've been before, so knew the place is in need of a bit of TLC and came prepared with a mattress topper and other bits. Shouldn't be necessarybut the owner seems to ignore feedback. .

As usual... rotten wood and windowframes with peeling paint, woodlice, slugs and snails in the kitchen. Old and damaged pans. Awful mattresses. French doors to the side of the building are so rotten that you can see daylight through them. Still love the place though. Just take your own pans and a mattress topper. There was no key in the keysafe when we got there and no reply from the contact number. Had to lose our parking space and drive round to Lyme Bay Holidays office to wake them up from their desk slumber and get a spare key. Then back in the carpark queue... again. Pick up the phone guys!!!!

The lack of wi-fi was an issue with the younger members of the party. On arrival the TV did not work due to the aerial being blown down - this was hastily attended to

If I owned 10 Cobb Terrace and had all the negative reviews I would be embarrassed.

Not a lot…cottage was cold and damp, no logs for woodburner, TV not working as Ariel snapped off Could not get heating to work, instructions only said ‘ turn radiator stats to 5…they were on 5 …heating did not come on. No instructions on boiler which was set only for water . Lyme Bay Holiday s did not answer phone poor reviews over 3 years about same issues at 10 Cobb Terrace We thought would have been addressed. We left within the hour and went home very disappointed. This cottage needs basic facilities updating, it is 2024

A relaxing stay in a nice cottage though not much to do there after a long day of sightseeing.

Cottage was lovely with sea views and was well placed for easy access to the bustling harbour and town of Lyme Regis.

No WiFi, TV reception was very poor, as was phone. Though a nice holiday cottage definitely not a 'home from home' experience especially in the evenings. No parking except for local 'pay as you go' car parks.

Would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The house downstairs does need decorating. The conservatory to front of property not cleaned recently, dead flies and cobwebs.
