Large rooms but nothing else good

It was large and close to station.

The towels on our beds were still WET when we arrived… so after a long day travelling we all had wet towels for our showers. Then we couldn’t all have showers because The shower over flows ~ as the drain doesn’t work. There was NO flexibility in check in time (which is 4pm) at 4pm I was having to message the host saying ‘how do we get in?’… no clear instructions on how to check in provided earlier. There was also a heavy smell which we think was nicotine when you walk in that takes some getting used to and isn’t ideal when you have the kids like we did. Would never stay there again.

Clean, basic. Not warm or inviting.

No soap or shampoo. Bath towels were old, worn and had stains. Shower water did not drain, leaving about 4cm of water in basin. No curtains in bedrooms, no privacy and no light blocking at night. No comfy seating area, no couches.

Posizione comoda, ma non ideale

Sicuramente comodo per chi viaggia con il treno e vuole un appoggio per una notte o poco più. Spazi ampi, ideali per famiglie o piccole comitive fino a 6 persone.

Essendo vicino alla stazione dei treni, inevitabile un po' di preoccupazione ad entrarvi di sera. I dati per il check in sono arrivati il giorno stesso dell'arrivo: non il massimo per organizzarsi o compilare il form richiesto con comodità, se si lavora ma soprattutto se si è viaggiatori esteri senza accesso ad internet durante il giorno. Presenti solo tre cialde di caffè per quattro persone, nessun altra bevanda. Non c'era neppure il sapone in bagno. Una tapparella non si abbassava ed è stato molto complicato capire come riscaldare l'appartamento. Alcuni asciugamani erano macchiati.

Ampio appartamento vicino al centro di Modena

L'appartamento è molto grande, arredato in maniera semplice e pulita. Gli arredi sono recenti. Lo stabile è silenzioso, le porte interne un poco rumorose se condividete la casa con qualcuno che va al bagno spesso la notte. La zona è a pochi minuti dal centro ma abbastanza vicina a parcheggi con prezzi ridotti (sulla via sul retro) o addirittura gratis a pochi minuti a piedi. La vicinanza della stazione dei treni è comoda e non ha portato problemi al quartiere. Host disponibile e facile comunicazione

Noi eravamo in quattro ma se fossimo stati in sei le dotazioni della cucina sarebbero state scarse
