Host was very helpful when coordinating arrival when our train was delayed - his wife met us at the train station and drove us up to the apartment. The washing machine under the stairs was super helpful. Perfect location inside the charming walled city - walkable to everything. We ate at one of the nearby restaurants they recommended and it was sensational. Exactly the relaxed stay I was hoping for!

Luckily we didn't have much luggage as the curved staircase to the apartment would have been a bit tricky. One of the other tenants left the front door of the building open while he was smoking in the dark entryway a couple of times later in the evening, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable but not the host's fault. Just note it's one of several units in an apartment building.

Location is brilliant! Loved the size of apartment and the mod cons. Everything was there that we needed.

Excellent and definitely one of the best apartment we’ve ever enjoyed staying! You’d have absolutely everything for a few days staying or even more. Well-equipped kitchen, which is very important if you’re travelling with pretty small child. Spacious and calm apartment in the town centre. Parking spot is just a few minutes destination by elevator or escalator. Orvieto overall is a wonderful place for a family staying with easy access by car or by train to many beautiful places and towns in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. P.S. The Beatles installation on the wall of the apartment is just great! Thanks for everything, Enzo! All the best to you and your family!

Cleanliness can be improved slightly. Towels doesn’t smell good.
