Love this place!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love everything about it! The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely especially Maria's home made cakes and pastries. The rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfortable. It's quiet enough that there is no street noise but you can still hear the birds and the church bells. The hotel is located just a short walk from the funicular, the main street, lots of restaurants and shops and the Duomo. I'll stay here again if I return to Orvieto.

Basic clean hotel with a great breakfast.

Basic hotel, with an elevator, room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel had the best breakfast we have had since we arrived in Italy. Lots of variety and it was all fresh and not packaged. We also appreciated having a front desk person instead of an automatic checkin/checkout.

This is a very friendly little hotel in the historic centre of Orvieto. We particularly liked the smiling and helpful staff, extremely well designed air-conditioned room, and home-made cakes at breakfast. We left an item behind when we left, and their response was excellent.

This was a fantastic last-minute find. It was the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip. The room was great, big, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The front desk guy, Val, was amazing. So cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. He made our entire experience a pleasure. We enjoyed chatting with him. There was a parking garage available to keep our car overnight which was great. A great value too. Location is in old town, convenient to all the historical attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was included and was simply amazing. A big buffet with bakery-quality pastries, croissants, meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffees made to order by a barrista. A dining area to sit down and enjoy it all. I can't say enough about it.

The only thing that could have been better, and was a bit amusing, was the small, triangular shower. Barely big enough to fit in, and no shelf to put any shampoo or soap on, but it worked. The rest of the bathroom was quite large. Everything else was so amazing that it was easy to look past. I would definitely stay here again!

It was in Orvieto, breakfast was great! Two of the employees were wonderful, went above and beyond to help me when my husband was sick.

Small room, large furniture, too much furniture, 2 of 4 staff were not helpful (would not even get me a bottle of water).

Disrepair. Bathroom door stuck on floor, very hard to open and close it. Only one shutter was accessible and it would not stay open. Furniture was too close, kept tripping and bumping it.

Nice hotel a little off the beaten path in Orvieto with easy walk to Funicular. Room spotless, great shower with instant hot water. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, good cappuccino, nice staff. Our only complaint is very poor WiFi connection…. We do recommend for value but they really need to upgrade WiFi service.
