Beautiful historic location with welcoming, clean rooms

Beautiful historic location, easy access to the town, room was big and clean and well appointed. Hosts at the accommodation were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

As it’s a historic building, it was possible to hear noise from other rooms, but this wasn’t overly disturbing.

Comfortable room in a quiet location, easy access to central Orvieto.

The room was large and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was large and very clean, although it lacked a hair dryer. The location was close to the Duomo and it was easy to get around, either on the main street or some of the side streets. Our room was on the first floor so only one flight of stairs to climb. We were greeted appropriately when we arrived and oriented with a map of the city, given keys, etc. The owner prepared breakfast (only 2 0f 4 days) and made absolutely wonderful coffee to our specifications.

The breakfast overall was adequate but not inspired. Typical croissants and yogurt, only fresh on the first day. Bananas were dark and unappetizing. Two of the 4 days we were given a voucher for another cafe for breakfast but it was not close by and we did not use the vouchers. Coffee was great. We did not like that the entrance room was so dark, pitch black in fact. The stairs were black and not particularly well lit, which presented a challenge to my companion who has poor vision and a knee replacement. It would have been so nice if a couple of small lamps came on automatically when the door opened with additional light directly on the stairs.

Great location

We have only stayed for one night traveling from Puglia to Tuscany. Very nice and clean room and a great location. Thank you Giulia for a tip for a restorant - dinner at Mamma Angela was deliciuos :)

We did not have breakfast which was included, as it was at the bakery nearby, which was crowded… Instead we har just a coffe and a croissant at the great bar around the corner from Sant’ Angelo 42

A marvelous B&B made our trip to Orvieto perfect, we will be back.

our room was wonderful! on the top floor we had a sunrise view over the tiled rooftops. the location is perfect. just off one of the main streets is a 2 minute walk to the Duomo and 10 minutes from the train station. Giulia arranged a tour for us at a winery which was a highlight of our stay. she also made suggestions and reservations for our dinners. we felt very well cared for.

Gem in Orvieto

Wonderful, quiet room near the Duomo. Easy to find and staff was great to work with. Large room with ample sized bathroom. We had the ability to leave our bags at reception upon check out so we could see a few more sights before going to the train - so helpful! Tasty breakfast set us up for the day. Excellent dinner suggestion in town. Highly recommend.

The location is nice and quiet.

Communication with the host. No one was around to help. Promised a refrigerator, but found only a wine cooler. That doesn't cool food to prevent spoiling. Promised ice, but no one was there to provide. All food bought for a light lunch had to be trashed.

Rooms in medieval house are absolutely beautiful and well done. Exterior of home is beautiful as well in a picturesque setting. Beds were comfortable - best sleep we had on our trip so far. Location is great, steps away from the incredible cathedral. Ample parking nearby. Host Giulia tried her best to make our stay memorable. Grazie!!!

Het werd ons op site booking aangeboden met filter parkeren, maar het heeft geen eigen parkeergelegenheid, op zaterdag middag werd dat lastig en de navigatie leidde ons ook nog door het centrum waar auto’s voor niet bewoners niet mogen komen.

De bejegening van de contactpersoon. We belden 1x dat we de afgesproken aankomsttijd niet konden halen, en eenmaal in de stad waren we verdwaald en belden nog eens: kregen de wind van voren. Navigatie pikte opgegeven Parkeerplek niet op, we hebben ons suf gezocht maar kregen door telefoon alleen maar toegevoegd dat we te laat waren. Werden ontvangen door meisje die niet reageerde op excuses. Eea kwam erg onvriendelijk over.
