Nadia was the most gracious host providing information about places to see, the best restaurants and was always available for any questions. The entire place was spotless, tastefully decorated and had the most comfortable bed! The shared kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, coffee, tea, and all dinner and silverware.

Nadia is an outstanding host who communicates often and well. We greatly appreciated her and felt very comfortable. The accommodations are a combination of homey and modern, with USB ports and updated lighting fixtures mixed into an older, comfortable apartment. The location is outstanding for exploring Orvieto and the surrounding area, while also offering a bit of quiet.
Our only, very minor, critique is that the mattress was a bit stiff. Not an issue if you’re younger, I’m sure!

It was centrally located in a lovely building. The accommodations were clean and inviting. Nadia was very accommodating and accessible by email, text, and WhatsApp. She was lovely in person.
The only thing that was a bit challenging for me was the 10 or so steps to the entrance but that was because I was lugging a heavy suitcase. Otherwise, I have no complaints and would stay there again without hesitation.
