Perfect place to relax after a long haul flight. The staff are exceptional and very attentive. Will recommend.

Exceptional staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Very clean and everything seemed brand new. Excellent location, quiet in the evening and overnight = perfect. Pool was brilliant.

Smell in bathroom ?fan or air conditioning. Would like a mirror in the upstairs bedroom area. Some ants downstairs - but wasn’t a big issue.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! De accommodatie is prachtig gelegen, met winkels, restaurants en beachclubs allemaal in de directe omgeving. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar en de locatie is ideaal om van canggu te genieten. De kamers en faciliteiten zijn ontzettend schoon en goed onderhouden, maar wat ons verblijf écht bijzonder maakte was het personeel. Ze zijn ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam; bij elk probleem of vraag werd er meteen actie ondernomen en een passende oplossing gevonden. Echt topservice! Dankzij de fijne sfeer en de gastvrijheid voelen we ons hier helemaal thuis. Bij een volgende reis naar Bali komen we zonder twijfel terug naar deze accommodatie

Great staff, great location

I stayed at R Apartments in Pererenan and it was such a great setup for both work and relaxation. The building has a dedicated coworking space, which made it super convenient to get things done without leaving the property. There’s also 24/7 security at reception, so it always felt safe and looked after. The staff were the real highlight, Mya and Dwi went above and beyond. They were always warm and helpful, and even took care of my laundry, returning it perfectly folded. That kind of service makes a huge difference. The apartments themselves are massive, with plenty of room to spread out. They really feel more like a home than a typical rental. The only drawback was the mattress. It was on the uncomfortable side: I’d recommend the property invest in a latex mattress, which is inexpensive yet far more comfortable than traditional spring beds. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you’re in Pererenan and want a mix of spacious living, reliable amenities, and genuinely wonderful staff.

The swiss owner needs to invest in a latex mattress, please. This would be the only reason why we don't come and stay there again. Everything else is absolutely wonderful. For 1.5M IDR you can get fantastic mattress toppers, please. Springs are from the 90s.

Massive window/sliding door that everyone from outside could see in and since i spent a lot of time at home working, it made me feel highly uncomfortable. The curtains could be closed but it meant switching on lights in the middle of beautiful sunny day

Ощущение что планировкой номера занимался какой-то школьник - я 3 раза ударился головой о полку в ванной и о вытяжку на кухне! Впервые за все мои путешествия! Только за это ставлю минус 3 балла! В ванную нормально дверь не открыть - приходится протискиваться. И ещё минус 2 балла за: - теплая вода заканчивается после того, как один человек принял душ - кружки на кухне без ручек и сильно нагреваются, невозможно пить горячий кофе - некоторые дверцы шкафчиков на кухне без ручек и без выемок, чтоб открывать их - лежаки у бассейна неудобные, нерегулируемые, невозможно лежать на груди

I really liked the apartment, it’s clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything in Canggu. The price is absolutely amazing for what you get. It felt safe and peaceful, and the staff were polite and helpful. Definitely great value for money.

Great location, brand new and very spacious, double volume Loft apartment. Suitable for a family of 2 adults with 2 kids. The service of the staff was amazing.

Cancellation Policy is unfortunately very non-negotiable. We had to leave earlier and could not find any compromise, however the accomodation overall was great.

Location was good, it was clean and had all necessary amenities, spacious and calm.. i will come again for my future stay in Canggu

It would have been great to have a sheer curtain underneath the black out curtains for day time. it will be useful to have some day light and privacy at the same time, especially that the rooms on the ground floor were facing the pool, the duplexes, and the reception.

Our stay at The R Apartments was just what we needed. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at The R Apartments! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach, amazing gym, top restaurants, and even a lovely spa. The place is brand new, super clean, and surprisingly spacious for a couple. We especially loved having the bedroom upstairs - it gave a cozy, private feel. The staff were also fantastic - very responsive and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

You are in great hand at this property!

The apartments are new, clean and well kept. I stayed in the lower level apartment, it's like a studio apartment with a very serviceable kitchen, great storage/closet space, loveseat sofa, TV, small desk working space with ample plugin/power options if needed. Pool is right outside your front door and the wifi was always solid. Proximity to Pererenan Beach is a 4-5min walk or 30 sec scooter ride. Tons of awesome resturants and cafes all within walking distance for those who don't feel comfortable driving a scooter. I just want to mention, one of the major bonuses of this property was the unbelievably amazing staff, first class! They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and well looked after. Some of the best service I've ever had and I've stayed everywhere. Couldn't recommend them more, I will absolutely be back!

If I had to nitpick I would say that the bed was a bit firm for my personal sleeping habits. But that didn't deter me as I extended my stay multiple times. I booked for 3 nights and stayed for over 2 weeks.

Tolle Lage, alles neu und sauber, ruhig.

Ich hab die Unterkunft spontan gebucht insgesamt für 4 Nachte. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, man kann überall zu Fuß gehen. Alle schöne Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür. Zum Strand sind es ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß und der Wrong Gym ist direkt gegenüber. Die Unterkunft ist in Pererenan und viel besser und ruhiger als der ganzer Trubel in Canggu. Es ist alles neu und schön eingerichtet. Schöne Pool Anlage. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen wenn ich in der Gegend bin 😊
