Luxe Apartment Komitas

I recently stayed at the Komitas apartment and it was, without a doubt, one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had in Yerevan. The location is absolutely fantastic—situated in a vibrant, authentic neighborhood that feels like the true heart of the city, yet it remains perfectly accessible to all the major sights. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true "home away from home." What really set this experience apart, however, was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their local recommendations were spot on and made my trip much more special. Whether you are in Yerevan for business or pleasure, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. I will definitely be looking to stay here again on my next visit!

Great position full of amenities all around. Very warm apartment. Very good kitchen. The owner is always available and a great guy, he will assist and help promptly. Beds are super comfortable. The cab will cost you 2-3 euro to bring you to the city centre!

Постельное белье нуждается в обновлении . Оно уже в катышках. После сна в катышках пижама и волосы.

Замечательная квартира ! Ожидания все оправдались ! Расположение очень понравилось -в шаговой доступности магазины аптеки фуд-корт sas ! Теперь мы знаем где останавливаться в Ереване в следующий раз !!
