Th bathrooms need to be cleaner and updated.

We stayed here and were stoked with the choice. The house is pretty big – five bedrooms all up – and it was spotless. The backyard with the pool became our hang-out spot, especially on those hot days. Evenings were perfect for dinners outside, and during the day it was an easy stroll into Yerevan’s main sights. The Wi-Fi’s fast, all the appliances work like a charm, and the place has everything you’d need to feel comfy. The host’s super quick to reply and pays attention to the little things. Would definitely recommend it if you’re after comfort and peace but still want to be close to the city centre.

The place is very clean, perfect, and at quite place. Very near for Opera, Park, famous restaurants, bars, and shopping stores in Yerevan. Mr. Arik is very good man and the person who can trust him for every things and what do you need such as : translate, show you best place for shopping, eating, and take funny times in Armenia. Finally, i will come back to Armenia in summer, and i'll chose this place again.

Nothing, every things are very excellent and appropriate for budget and time.

overall, although our stay was not that much long, but all was even somehow better, that what we has expected! The house was very clean, had five separate bedrooms, kitchen equipped with necessary dishes, pots glasses etc. the location from opera, or republic square was Ok. about 15-20 minutes normally walking... there are shops, Restaurants and cafes around...

The pool is seasonal, and doesn't work in winter.
