Комфортно есть все необходимое. Свежий чистый ремонт. Балкончик для утреннего кофе! До метро 20 мину неспешным шагом, ну или пешком в центр чуть подольше, но для Еревана приятно идти дворами и заглядывать как живут люди.
Нет такого.

Дают по сути полноценную квартиру. Были кухня своя и стиральная машина.
Мы жили на нижнем этаже и проблематично открывать/закрывать окна чтобы проветрить помещение от влаги. Потому что в душевой я часто устраиваю баню из кипятка Проблемы с паркингом. Его 1-2 места

Clean and comfortable, recently renovated room. Everything is new, clean and works fine. All required consumables are provided. I chose a cheap room without a window and still had a comfortable stay. I especially appreciate the 24-hour front desk and late check-in - very useful for Yerevan due to the frequent night flights.
The name of the Wi-Fi network printed on the room info table was incorrect - the network signal was very weak. We asked for the correct network in the morning.

Nice spacious apartment just outside the city. Everything in the apartment was renovated and new. The apartment was clean and comfortable
