Идеальное место для большой компании с шикарным видом на Арарат. Проживали в этом доме с 6 мая по 10 мая компанией из 7 человек.
Плюсы: Вид. Это нечто невероятное. Окна на веранде с третьего этажа выходят на Арарат, особенно красиво на закате. Вечером всей компанией собирались на веранде и весело проводили время. Всё в доме именно так, как на фото. В комнатах есть всё необходимое для комфортного быта. Расположение - центр города — всё рядом, в 200 метров от дома каскад, что очень порадовало.
Итог: Всё замечательно. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство. Если вернёмся в Ереван - только сюда. Рекомендую на 100%!

The place is located in a very short distance from Cascad, so location is great! The host was very lovely and friendly, so it made our stay even more comfortable. The house itself is big and cozy, temperature was nice and the value also normal, not high.
Overall we enjoyed out stay there.
Internet was slow in some places but the host promised us to change it and improve.
