Nice House in the Center of Yerevan next to Cascade

The location is great if you can walk a bit. In less than 10 minutes walking you can reach the city center. The street is difficult for taxis but not a problem. Our host, Vardan was very nice and helpful. He greeted us warmly, gave us some fruits and helped with faulty lights. He even helped us with directions and booking rides. The view from the balcony was awesome! I would recommend the place to anyone who can book the whole place. My family and I had a great time.

Some items are not working properly. For example hot tub is barely usable. Some light bulbs are broken. Water pressure in the first floor is a bit weak and hard to adjust the temperature but usable. They don't stop the fun at all, just some small inconveniences.

The place is located in a very short distance from Cascad, so location is great! The host was very lovely and friendly, so it made our stay even more comfortable. The house itself is big and cozy, temperature was nice and the value also normal, not high. Overall we enjoyed out stay there.

Internet was slow in some places but the host promised us to change it and improve.
