Clean and comfortable newly refurbished apartment. Very nice and helpful host. A good location - close to the city centre, groceries and restaurants, and at the same time quiet.
There was no desk in the room, which made working on a laptop inconvenient. The room is big enough, and adding a place for work looks reasonable. There was no microwave oven in the kitchen - also worth adding.

Удобная локация, прямо в центре Еревана. В шаговой доступности много магазинов, кафе, ресторанов. До Каскада 15 минут прогулочным шагом.
Квартира небольшая, но уютная. Очень приветливый и заботливый хозяин. Встретил нас на вокзале, довез, заселил, все рассказал.

The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly nice and flexible, which made everything easy and stress-free.
