Don’t be confused with the outside of the old soviet building the property is located. Inside you will find a clean and comfy apartment with everything you need. The host is very helpful, the issues (if any) are managed really fast. Fantastic view over the city and Ararat mount from 11th floor the apartment is located. The location is pretty good, around 25 minutes walk from the central square, with the supermarket and restaurants nearby. Public parking is available by the house.
