Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Gastgeber hat sogar auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir erst nachts angekommen sind. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die hervorragende Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zwar liegt die Wohnung nah an einer gut befahrenen Straße, für uns war das jedoch kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings wären einige zusätzliche Küchenutensilien praktisch, insbesondere für Gäste, die häufiger selbst kochen möchten.

Локация: Расположение очень удачное. Совсем рядом парк, а чуть дальше — спорткомплекс с еще одной зеленой зоной. Идеально для прогулок. Пространство: Квартира большая и просторная, чувствуешь себя свободно. Общее впечатление: Несмотря на минусы, нам было комфортно. Мы даже хотели продлить проживание еще на несколько дней, но квартира была уже забронирована.
Чистота: Это основной момент, который стоит улучшить. В ванной уборка была поверхностной, а кухонные шкафчики липкие от жирного налета. Дивану очень нужна стирка чехлов или химчистка из-за неприятного запаха. Мебель и удобства: Нам не хватило еще одного стола для работы. Тюль открывается не до конца, из-за чего перекрывается часть вида из окна.

Aram the owner... It's just the best surprise of my trip in Yerevan, this guy is just great, kind, honest, helpful .... And speak perfectly english. Aram is the best person i met here so far, thanks i feel lucky to have meet him.
Fridge could be better, Specially when we conciderate that the oven is just perfect and best quality. Generally the owner made already much efforts for provide good equiments , i guess little by little this appartment could become perfect
