The place looked spotless and clean. Contact with the host was well established and overall really hospitable. The host made us feel at home even though we were far from home.
The walls could use some sound isolation. At night we heard everything from the neighbours, and that led to some sleepless nights.
The toilet itself was not in the best condition and could use some minor maintenence. Some more spoons, knifes and forks would've been also nicer.

We originally booked this apartment for one day, but ended up extending for 15 days because it exceeded all our expectations. The host is incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful, always ready to support us — we truly didn’t feel like strangers, and the apartment itself has an amazing, warm energy. We cannot express in just two sentences how perfect our stay was, and if we come back, without any doubt, we’ll rent this place again.🥹😍
Nothing at all! The location is perfect, with all kinds of shops and amenities nearby, so we didn’t even need to go to the city center. The metro is very close, cheap, and fast — often faster than a taxi. Security was excellent and we felt completely safe. Honestly, there’s absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

This is wonderful apartment in Yerevan!
Everything is brand new, very nice modern furnishings, very clean. The building is in great location, right near a big public transit hub, a big shopping centre, restaurants, all you need, etc.
But it's set back on a quiet, calm residential street that is very peaceful. There's a really nice communal courtyard for guests to use. The host is excellent, very gracious and responsive. 10/10 across the board! Highly recommended!
