The area was very green and natural. The host was very nice to us.

The place needs very deep cleaning specially the sofas and beds they are very old. Spiders were seen in the kitchen. Good place if you want to just have a quick rest and shower.

The view and pool was amazing.

Ваагн, хозяин квартиры, радушно встретил, всё показал. порадовало, что плюсом к проживанию в квартире была возможность ходить на террасу с бассейном и видом на разданское ущелье 💫 квартира-студия уютная, потолки 3,5-4 метра. хотя на улице было жарко, в квартире хорошо, не душно. диван удобный и мягкий 🙂

не было идеальной чистоты в квартире, но за такую цену не критично. мыло для рук купили сами. не было таблеток для посудомойки. но с хозяином квартиры всегда на связи были, все можно обсудить.
