The mini-apartment is close to the center, 10-15 minutes walk. Well-equipped, nice, clean. The host is friendly, helpful and efficient. Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave. Lots of dishes and plates. Good bathroom. Really everything is very pleasant inside.
It's a place on the basement floor of a large building. The only window looks at a very busy street, at foot level. It would have been nicer in winter, as we had to keep the window closed permanently because of the noise. Luckily we were able to use the air conditioning, which made things tolerable.

Convenient location, a well maintained apartment, and very helpful host - he even dropped me off at my next hotel after I checked out.
Just a note that there is almost no natural light in the apartment - which actually helped me with jet lag - but worth keeping in mind.

Great location, 10 min from the center on foot, supermarket with exchange office just across the street, washing machine in the apartment, nice and quiet, clean, everything you need is here. :)
