Просторные апартаменты в самом центре Еревана. До фонтанов на площади Республики буквально 2-3 минуты пешком. Дом новый. Все необходимое имеется и все в рабочем состоянии. Просторный балкон - тоже большой плюс этой квартиры. Заселение простое и быстрое. Учитывая расположение, размер апартаментов и цену - это одно из лучших предложений, которые я нашел.
Это не минус, но пожелание. У кровати в спальне не хватает небольшого светильника. Есть еще небольшой нюанс для понимая будущих жильцов. Поскольку это самый центр, шум ощущается даже ночью с закрытиями окнами. Но это издержки любого большого города.

Location excellent. Roomy apartment well appointed.
Difficult to find and communication with owner not great but we got there. The building doesn’t front the street so the address is odd. We weren’t given the unit number or code to enter the building. All worked out thanks to two lovely ladies who let us in and called the owner for us.

Очень не хватает каких-нибудь барных стульев в зоне кухни, приходилось завтракать стоя.

Spacious apartment with perfect location. Right at the hearth of the Jerevan, the property is in walking distance to everything important in the city center. I do not recommend a car for the city center so plan your visit properly (parking is problematic). We loved the big space, it was a bit tricky to find it but in the end of the day we've made it and get in with no problem. The communication was good, almost immediate.
Free parking space is problematic, behind to ramps which you have to wait to be opened and there is limited number of parking slots (not reserved), so it is a russian roullete whether you will find one or not. And if you find, most probably in the morning you will find your car blocked with other car(s). So we were happy that we only needed that parking spot for one night.
