Квартира в старом Сталинском доме с огромными пространствами и высокими потолками. Самый центр туристических развлечений, всё рядом, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. При этом в квартире есть укромные места для сна и работы.
Очень старая и уставшая квартира. Давно требует ремонта. Была плохо убрана. Попадаются волосы прошлых жильцов и просто пыль на полу и стенах. Очень шумный холодильник (пришлось выключить на время проживания). Только одна светлая комната выходит на шумную улицу. Остальная часть квартиры - в тени и постоянном полумраке. Окна с северной стороны выходят на тёмный переулок где круглые сутки орут коты :)

Просторная, достаточно уютная квартира. Замечательное месторасположение, все в пешей доступности. Очень адекватный и доброжелательный хозяин, у нас были проблемы со снятием наличных денег и оплатой за проживание в первый день пребывания, но нам пошли навстречу, оплатили на следующий день. Нас заселили без каких- либо проблем. Спасибо за это!
