Location was excellent, being near the park where artists sell their art, and having many good restaurants and stores close by. The apartment was good-sized. The check-in procedure was seamless, we were sent a video showing the precise location/building, the location of the relevant keypads, the access code and where the elevator and apartment were located. The host responded promptly to all our concerns.
The cooking facilities were, at first, inadequate, but the host within a few hours bought items we considered necessary (spatula, knives, etc.) So this was a minor inconvenience; still, a better selection of cook ware and dishes would have been nice. The hot water vanished after a day or two, but the host texted me instructions to reset the water heater, and after a little back-and-forth it was quickly working again. The payment procedure was unorthodox and bordered on good ethics, but the price charged was exactly as advertised.
