New apartment in the center of Yerevan

Отличные апартаменты в центре Еревана! Квартира просторная, чистая, уютная, есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни - стиральная машина, порошки/гели/шампуни/средства для мытья/тряпки/губки/много посуды и столовых приборов/фен/гладильная доска/сушилка. Мы останавливались на неделю в конце мая, ни разу не пожалели о выборе данной квартиры. Хозяин Артур лучший, был на связи все время, разрешил занести вещи до официального заселения, и оставить вещи в день выезда на хранения после выселения. Квартира находится в центре города, 5 минут ходьбы до площади Республики, но, так как окна выходят во двор, то минимум шума. Удобно добираться до квартиры любым способом - на такси, пешком, рядом есть метро, остановка общественного транспорта (по прямой остановок 5 до ЖД вокзала). Рядом с домом есть несколько магазинов, обмен валюты. Остались в восторге от страны и от проживания у Артура. Очень хотим вернуться еще и будем всем рекомендовать данные апартаменты. Спасибо!!!

Room was on 10th floor of an old Soviet Brezhnevka, accessed about 20m from main road. For some nervous guests it might appear a bit rough but it was fine and really modern once in the apartment. I like the rustic nature of some of the old blocks that local people actually live in but you could say its very 'No Frills' until you get to the apartment itself. There was an elevator and I used the elevator to go up and the stairs to walk down each time, personal choice. If you love under-floor heating this apartment has it. It also appears to have air-con but no remote was available. Smart-Lock on the door which was good, easy to use and if you like that kind of thing. New TV, large new washing machine available for use. The drinking water was delicious and really fresh and cold. Wi-Fi was OK. Bed very comfortable. Glad I visited.

The place was quite clean but Yerevan is very dusty and this feels like it comes into the apartment on luggage etc. The towels did seem freshly washed but did also smell of cigarette smoke! :( which meant that I felt I then smell of smoke (I have NEVER smoked and find the smell repulsive). The towels were the worst thing as I hate the smell of smoke and having tried more than one towel, I not it was the towels themselves and not some smoke that had got onto me somehow. There was no kettle, just an old Japanese metal teapot which was a bit annoying. If I did visit Yerevan again I would probably not stay in this area, I had to walk a short distance to get to the main area, I would probably stay nearer Mesrop Mashtots Ave and Cascade Complex if I returned. But the apartment itself overall was good - just change those towels please. 8

Комфортные и уютные апартаменты. Всё продумано для гостей. Очень комфортно провели время. Функциональная кухня, удобные спальные места и мебель, бытовая техника, достаточно света, всего хватает. Удобное месторасположение апартаментов - в самом сердце города. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин.
