Central location, close to the main sights of Yerevan. Reasonably clean and comfortable.
It would be helpful to have photos/ video to support arrival instructions.

All what you need is in it. Near resto and supermarkets. But lately we noticed price in Armenia got a bit high compare to previous years. We always travel to Yerevan so we are pretty sure about the prices.
Heating is not stable. Before with the price we payed it will be more luxurious but since all prices went up I guest it will be our last trip to Armenia. All prices are double compare ton previous years. Traveling to Azerbaijan or Kazakstan is much cheaper now.
